Two of us had a late breakfast on a Wednesday morning 9:30-ish. The restaurant is buzzing, tables close together and full! We had croque madam, omelette, cappuccino and almond croissant. All good, but much smaller than the brunch we were expecting. The ladies on the...More

Completely charming. The space is tight but I honestly felt like I was in a cute little cafe in France. The wine was great and the price I expected for an upscale, more boutique type of place. My friend and I shared small bites including...More

What a cute restaurant. There were 5 of us in the group and we all enjoyed our meal. I got the special of the day, which was avocado toast and salmon. I normally am not a fan of avocado toast, I think it is such...More

Overall experience was ok, food quality is good and the orange juice is fresh! However, the waiting time isn’t justified for what is offered. l got salmon fumé and there was too much egg and only one little slice of salmon. For dessert we got...More

Went back twice in our trip- loved Buvette! In a lovely area, queues can be long but the food and coffee are worth the wait. Recommended by a friend and didn’t disappoint! Looking forward to trying the one in Paris one day.

Totally loved this place. I highly recommend getting the chocolate mousse, it is absolutely mind-blowing! Thick, rich chocolate that they somehow transformed into a smooth mousse. Incredible!

My husband and I had a great breakfast at Buvette. Waffles with egg and bacon with gruyere was fantastic. Tables are small but the atmosphere is cozy and very French!

My wife and I sought this place out on our honeymoon and loved it instantly. Situated in a really cool part of the city. Excellent food and their Bloody Mary is to die for.

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you

A Croque is a sandwich. Normal size. It had some greens as a side. Condiments were not in the sandwich but offered separately.

You would probably have to wait just a few minutes because they open at 8am. Anyway, it's worth the wait!
