It's not the fanciest place in midtown Manhattan. For years I had walked right past until a friend invited me there since it is down the street from his West 45th street office. There are not a lot of Turkish restaurants in Manhattan and certainly not in midtown. Very reasonable prices, pleasant people working there. It feels family run. And... More

I must say this was a little gem. We were a group of 7 with limited time. We were served quick and the food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the hummus and andala chicken. It was delicious and beautiful plate presentation. Also the turkish lemonade was on point.

It was our first time eating in a Turkish food but we enjoyed it. Additionally, the service we received was excellent. The prices are fine, the quantity and quality of the food worth it .

2 courses for just under $20. Good selection of food. I had the lentil patties which were fresh and tasty. Then I had the vegetable casserole. Could have added meat. Selection of veg in a tomato based sauce. My Turkish friend had told me this is a comfort food dish back home. Quick service.

Had a lovely meal at AnTalia with friends before attending the theater. We started with the Shepard salad (like a Greek salad but Turkish), followed by the lamb meat balls which were very tasty and more like large ground lamb patties rather than small meatballs. Great service in a nice atmosphere. There is also a pre-theater 3 course menu.

After eating a skimpy $40 breakfast that morning I just could not believe what a great value this lunch was at $18 plus tax. It came with complimentary fresh Turkish bread and a lovely tapenade. I chose the lentil soup -- flavorful and wholesome -- followed by the doner platter that was really generous, hearty and satisfying. When I am... More

Whether you go for lunch or dinner the food and service are both really good. The dining room is comfortable and the servers are courteous and really helpful. We have visited this restaurant twice in one week, one lunch and one dinner. Both were worthwhile experiences. The Donor Kabob and Lamb Kabob at lunch are both really good and nicely... More

Beware of misrepresented Groupon! "Upscale Mediterranean Dinner..." with photo of Salmon. When you arrive you are given a special "Groupon" menu (no Salmon included for the price you paid) which limits your choices to very inexpensive options (certainly not "Upscale".) Any dish that would be considered "upscale" has an up-charge of at least $5. The food is very mediocre. Baba... More

Went to this restaurant during the busy holiday season and were very pleasantly surprised with the food and the service was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Turkish food.

On the beautiful Mediterranean coast lies a city on the southwestern side of Turkey. It is the capital city of Antalya province. Situated on coastal cliffs, Antalya is surrounded by mountains. It is known as one of the most beautiful places in the world...This is where Antalia Restaurant`s inspiration is rooted. AnTalia Restaurant serves authentic Turkish dishes in the midtown area. The pre-theater crowd loves there Prix-Fixe menu that serves 3 course meals for only 19.95. This lovely restaurant serves its guests in two floors. Second floor is a great way to have a private party or dine quietly.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
