We sat at a very cozy corner table. The staff was super friendly and even when we didn't know what anything was, she went out of her way to help. We sat as a rather large group, with a bit too little room for seating. I would appreciated a bit more elbow room. The food tasted very well and the... More

Good food but not authentic mexican, so "mexican with a twist". Ate inside. it was very dark (we had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu!) and was rather noisy. We received excellent service even though the place was crowded. Would definitely recommend tables outside. Average price for NYC.

Visited with a small group of friends for Tacos & Margaritas. The food and drinks were good, I had the fish tacos which were not the best I'd ever had but they were good. The side of corn was very good though. A minor stuff up with the bill but it was sorted out. Sit outside of its a good... More

We stopped here for lunch on a recent trip to New York after visiting the Whitney. We loved it all! Drinks tasty and well-priced; best guacamole EVER; friendly prompt service. Tacos were varied and delicious. We dined outside, which was fun with all the action in this part of town. All this for about $30 a person. Would definitely return.

This is one of our favourite restaurants in the city. We have celebrated many birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions and are always looking forward to coming back! The Sunday Brunch is the best, outstanding food!

A very reasonably priced restaurant for Manhattan. Very friendly atmosphere, great staff. Two of us had the brunch which includes coffee and a margarita.

Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
