Everything we had was simply delicious. I would definitely recommend for brunch. The kale salad is to die for! The croque-monsieur is on point, just the perfect amount of béchamel! Will definitely go back. My favorite spot so far and in a long time.

During our 15 day NY visit, this is the the only Restaurant that we visited twice. I tried the Atlantic Salmon and my husband tried the hanger stake. Both were really delicious. Also we tried 4 meze's (appetizers), all were very Mediterranean and delish.. But lalissa's brunches are the special treat. If you ever want to try tempting Mediterranean cuisine,... More

Nice little wine bar restaurant, dropped in early on a Friday, a few people were having drinks after work. We ordered avocado bruschetta which was really nice. I had the salmon with a brussel sprout salad which was great, my husband had the lobster ravioli which he really enjoyed, a couple of glasses of nice wine topped off the meal.

We planned for Penelope but as usual very crowded and long waiting chain. So we stepped into this little charming restaurant. Very friendly service, fresh and organic fruits and very good quality. Good recommendation.

We had tried to go to Penelope's but as usual the wait was 45min+. Lalisse has a great brunch Prix-Fixe menu for $23.95 which includes entre and sparkling wine cocktail. We had 3 egg spinach and chèvre omelet and the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Both dishes were excellent and came with mixed greens and cold potato salad which were... More

Like several others, wandered in here with a group of five after heading to Penelope's and finding it packed. Had an excellent brunch with conscientious service at a reasonable price. The omelettes were quite impressive. Only gripe, the bread was nothing much and has to be requested.........not enough to hurt the rating.

When we walked past on a Sunday morning Lallisse was crowded with people taking brunch but we went back the following evening for supper and were the only people there for a very poor pasta and an over-priced salad. We didn't enjoy any aspect of it.

Nice restaurant in terms of location and interior decorating. I had the Marqez sandwich, ain't may have spelled that wrong. My counterpart had the organic eggs. It's 1015AM in midtown on Presidents day so there isn't a whole bunch of traffic so we were the only ones in the restaurant. My counterpart had a long hair in the eggs which... More

This is a small little places we found accidentally. I was looking for a place that would take a reservation for 7 people in the Murray Hill area and this popped up so I thought we'd try it. So glad we did. We had an excellent meal and really enjoyed being able to sit and talk without so much noise... More

Lallisse is one of the select wine bars in NYC, a haven for real wines, naturally made without cosmetics or chemistry, sprung from the vineyards and ancient cultures of the Mediterranean. It's a place to enjoy simple, soulful and sustainable Mediterranean food and talk for hours over organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines. Lallisse offers 100 types of wines - approximately 40 by the glass options. Lallisse's unique selection features wines from France, Italy, Spain and the Fertile Crescent - Eastern and Western Anatolia (Turkey), Greece, Israel and Lebanon. After spending extensive hours of wine tasting and going through hundreds and hundreds of bottles we created a list consisting of artisan wines produced by old and historic estates of the Mediterranean run by small organic producers. It's simply the stuff the locals drink! In the spirit of friendship and love for the life, food and wines of the Mediterranean, we happily invite you to do the same.
