We went there after hopping a few bars and clubs at around 3 am. Yummy egg bhurji, paneer bhurji, pav bhaji and lamb bhuna roll. The place was dishing out great bollywood music too. Must visit.

Excellent. Modern take on traditional eastern Indian street food. Located in Greenwich Village, the location is convent for a late night after-the-bar snack or meal.

Small, cute place with limited menu. Fish curry looked interesting but was really mediocre and thick. Lentils were pasty and didn't taste good. "Salad" was just pickled onions. The cashier is unfriendly. Prices are high for the quality. Mango lassi was decent. Don't think I will go again, with other good options nearby for Indian food. Mirch Masala is steps... More

Since we were staying in the neighborhood and love Indian food we thought we'd try several places nearby, this being one of them. The interior needs a tad bit of repair and cleaning. The food is served in cheap to-go containers, even for dining in. There is no table service, which is fine for being a cheaper place. The food,... More

We went there on 24th night after spending 2-3 hours in midtown enjoying X-mas festivities. it was a 3-4 blocks walk from metro and path station is also close by. About the place it's a very small place which can accommodate only 15-20 people at a time. Music is mostly bollywood songs and theme is also 'bollywood'. About the food... More

We had an amazing dinner here during Thanksgiving week. The restaurant is very small and we had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table to open up. Service was a bit slow as they were super busy but the food was just incredible!

We had some type of wrap. We were told that they cut down on the spices so it wouldn't be so "hot". Not sure what all was in it but it was good and for me, could have been spicier . Never eaten food from India, I thought it was very good and would like to go back and try... More

Good Indian food before a night out in Greenwich village if you are in hurry. The food is tasty and well priced for NYC. Would recommend.

Nothing great. There are much better places for Indian food. I had a similar chicken curry in the restaurant next door called Bombay Duck and that was way better. Service, as well, didn't feel very welcome.

Every time I go back to NYC, I MUST visit this restaurant. My friends and I always find our way back to this spot after having wandered around in the city all day. It is open late, and seems to cater to college students (NYU is close by), which makes it very reasonably priced. In terms of taste, however, I... More
