Returned here for my third visit and it is still my favorite restaurant in the area.....They are very pandemic compliant.......tables inside well spread out......all wear masks and plenty of sanitizer around.....as usual very friendly and professional staff and prices are very reasonable for NYC........plenty of...choice on the menu.....once again a great dining experience....if you need a hotel in area ....walking distance....try the brand new Radisson on 8th ave.....very reasonable..........already looking to return to IL PUNTO and you can make reservations....ENJOYMore

Such a neighborhood gem, with a delicious menu of classic Italian food and the nicest staff. I feel so happy and welcome here all the time and thank you for being here! I’m a huge fan of their squid ink pasta with seafood, tiramisu, and...cappuccino. Everything on the menu is delicious. You won’t be sorry! Owner is really nice.More

I was here today to celebrate my past 50th birthday and I was really fully satisfied. An excellent kitchen with real Italian plates with a particular menu on the Sicilian Region and Southern Italy kitchen. A very good variety of wines. Staff very efficient and...friendly. A special mention and thank to the General Manager Andrea and Alfredo.More

Lovely place, attentive staff and lovely food with large portion sizes. The place was a little too hot for me, but that’s more down to me than them. Would definitely eat here again.

We had eggplant parm which was excellent . I like the eggplant when it is not breaded, and that is exactly how it was prepared here. The spaghetti was cooked al dente but was nothing special. We also had a tagliatelle with duck ragout. It...was excellent. We started with a Caesar salad which tasted fine but the Romain had been shredded like you put on a taco. Warm focaccia came with the meal. The service was good, and the location convenient. This is a good Italian restaurant with a very convenient midtown location.More

Truly overlyprized food (Valentines day menu 85$ without taxes and tip). Filet mignon was okay but lacked any salt and pepper, defedenately not worth the money. Desserts tasted like straight from a can, not homemade. Wine was ok and staff friendly.

My wife and I recently had a wonderful dinner at iL Punto. We were staying in the Hilton Garden Inn which was a short walk from the restaurant. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The meal/drinks at the restaurant are not...inexpensive, but this is New York City...More

Close to our hotel, saw the good ratings and was not disappointed. Shared the Caesar salad with my wife (good choice - large and delicious). Wife had the lasagna and I the Veal Marsala - both excellent. Veal is not medallions, but rather a loin.....cooked well and good sauce. Very good service - not rushed and informative. Like most NY eateries - not that large so I'd recommend a reservation.More

Located near several hotels in the Hells Kitchen area. Small - make a reservation. Excellent Italian - all 6 of us enjoyed our dinners.

It's an easy fifteen minute walk. Several parking garages close to Il Punto, but as with everything in New York, bring money.
