This restaurant makes the best pizza I have ever had. The service was a bit slow the night we were there, but the wait was worth it! They make a thin crust pizza, with the freshest toppings, like Prosciutto, basil and mozzarella. It was very tasty. It felt like we were in Italy as all the young waiters spoke Italian.... More

Had a small margherita and a large euro--the toppings were fine, everything seasoned beautifully. And if the wood-fired oven crust to die for (it was), the tiramisu and pannacotta were waiting for us in heaven. My only regret is that we won't have a chance to dine in. The waitress who helped me was super efficient and pleasant, and the... More

Stopped in to have real NY pizza after a boat cruise. Nice family style atmosphere and very friendly. Pizza was amazing and sauce was the key I thought.

Slightly of the beaten track but busy and popular with locals. Only pizza but very good pizza and a nice traditional feel about the resturant.

Hey we did spend a family Dinner at Capizi based on TA recommendations. Mixed Feedback: - Food Overall OK, we had Barrata "Salad" which is more of Mixed starters but good - Pizza with Procutto was good, thin and tasty - Normal water was complimentary The Lady served us was friendly and attentive but the "Boss" was really grumpy, not... This might be my new favorite restaurant. The server was friendly and prompt and the pizza was fantastic. My husband and I split the loaded pizza, which I highly recommend. The pizza was beautiful AND delicious.

In an unlikely spot on 9th Ave across from the Port Authority we stumbled upon this tiny, family run (or so it seemed) pizza joint. With only a dozen or so tables, it was pretty full on the Friday night we walked in, and we didn't know if there was a wait. We were delighted by the warm greeting we... More

I had a pizza delivered to my hotel and I made the mistake of not checking the pizza first. The pizza was on the back of a NYC bicycle and all over the inside of the box. I'm not sure if this is a style of pizza but my pizza was watery like pizza soup. It was a challenge eating... More

So glad we strolled over here around midnight on Saturday. Ordered two pies, one loaded speciality, and one margherita pie with portobello mushrooms. Both were excellent, loved the thin crust. The guys working were fun and happy to see us. We will definitely go back on our next trip to NYC.

Old-school pizza with marzano tomatoes. Had peppers and garlic. Salad was fantastic with apples, walnuts and goat cheese. If you like thin, crispy edges, you'll enjoy this pizza. Personal size fed both my wife and I after splitting the salad.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
