The meat is fantastic. Huge portions. The spinach was a bit hard but still ok. The whipped cream to die for. An over all good place eventhough a bit pricy.

Food and service was good but meal felt rushed. They even took my bread before I was finished with it. My daughter had salmon. The steak for 4 was so much meat-which was loved by our teenage boys. My husband had been to Wolfgangs for business when visiting nyc.

I and my family had dinner here & even though I & my husband had been here a few times, the rest of our family hadn't. They loved it as much as we do. My 13 year old granddaughter & I split the 'steak for two' that is marvelous. She said after taking a bite that she now understood what... More

I have been to the top steakhouses in the country and wolfgang's delivers on all fronts. Courteous and knowledgable staff. Amazing food. We had the porter house for 2, I still dream about it. We had home fries potatoes, mushrooms, sautéed broccoli- everything was tasty. The bacon slices as apps you have to indulge... Forget the calories at this place.... More

Excellent meal - the steaks we're incredible. Tip: share starters and also consider sharing the main course otherwise you will not reach the desert! Good service - space is at a premium so expect a packed resturant and it will be noisy. Wine is expensive but the lowest cost bottles are excellent quality. Maybe book late a later meal when... Steak was good as always. However this is the worst Wolfgangs you can go to in terms of atmosphere, smell and layout. It is only 1 big room which looks horrible (wall and ceiling), it smells not very nice and the floor is slippery (felt like a lot of oil has dripped on the floor). Choose another Wolfgangs!!!!!

The four of us arrived without a reservation on a Wednesday evening. We shared a rib eye (rare) and a sirloin (medium), as well as a couple of sides and soup. The steaks were immense; I'd have been happy with something slightly smaller that required less hacking away with the knife. In contrast to some other reviewers, I found the... More

Walked in for a business lunch with a client, late afternoon. Great Steaks and a nice quiet place for a business meeting. The prime rib eye was about as good as the ones I had at Gibson in Chicago. Will highly recommend for a business lunch - right in mid town with the hustle.

This steak restaurant, like most other US steak restaurants, have a great steak. No doubt about that. I had a Rib-Eye and it was BIG, juicy and tender. But like a lot of steak restaurants all over the world the sides unfortunately does not meet the quality of the meat. An under-cooked baked potato with sour cream (boring!) some mushrooms... More

While Peter Luger's remains my favorite NYC steakhouse, Wolfgang's was right up there when it comes to great tasting beef and delicious apps/sides. Was expecting the service to be a bit friendlier / better - particularly given the prices and that it was a slow night early in the week - but it seemed that only the "regulars" were fully... More

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
