We have enjoyed Brickyard before and decided to go again for a post theater early dinner. Always happy to be able to grab an Open Table reservation. As always, the food was outstanding and prices cant be beat. We enjoyed a couple burgers and Brickyard Club sandwiches at our table. However, the service was two thumbs down. Never got our... More

Stopped by before a play matinee. The menu has some great appetizers and typical bar food with a nice twist. There is something for everyone, could have hung out here for a few hours if we didn't have a play to catch.

Very friendly staff, bartender was awesome. Had a great time. It became our place to go late night during a sports trip. Great atmosphere.

Delighted with food, drinks, service, prices, and ambiance. They had a great selection of beer for my husband and a couple of nice choices of sparkling wines for me. We had the Brickyard Poutine which was super tasty. I might have preferred more skinnier potatoes instead of the large wedges but the cheese and gravy was what made the dish.... More

Not very happy with this restaurant for two main reasons. First of all, I asked the server if the duck in the salad I ordered had the skin on the meat. She assured me that the duck came in pieces and I would be able to remove the skin. As soon as she came with the dish I looked at... More

Another stop on the bar hop. They had late night menu for those with the munchies. It was pretty high end food. Not junk type food. The bartender... Chelsie (spelling) was very friendly and attentive.

Having just docked at 50th St. and 12 Ave. it was an easy walk to meet friends for brunch. (We were on a cruise ship sailing from England) The food was good, drink specials for brunch and service was also good. The 5 of us set in a corner and were able to chat and stay a couple of hours.... More

For the appetizer, we tried Lamb Chili Smothered Tots – they were great! Lots of cheddar & jack cheese. As a main course, my husband ordered Bison Meatloaf with stout gravy. I went for the Grilled Wild Boar Chops served with fresh pumpkin pasta & wild mushrooms. Excellent wine and beer choices. For desert, Pumpkin cheesecake with candied walnuts and... More

We ate at Brickyard on a Sunday evening after the NYC Marathon. Needless to say, we were hungry and tired. I really can't say anything great about the server except she got the job done. Minimal effort at best. The food was tasty, though, and the room in back was quiet enough. (The front room with bar was pretty noisy.)... More

Our food was ok, restaurant is nice but pretty dark. Fried were delicious, I ordered the fish fry and it was ok. The Caesar salad was very good, sliders were not a big hit with my husband. Our waitress was pleasant.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
