This is not a Michelin restaurant based on service. Rather, the food, decor and ambience more than makes up for the poor service. I say "poor" because we had dinner the other night, and not once, not twice but (to quote poor John Kerry) "thrice"...our order were screwed up. Each time with an apology (though we're not sure to this day whether they removed the items from the bill since we were so drink on their fabulous wine), but if you're going to be a Michelin star restaurant, you can't screw up orders. Also, the server basically was absentee most of the meal, which I typically enjoy, but again -- if you're rated Michelin star -- I should not have to constantly look for a server, or pour my own wine, or get orders screwed. I am guessing Craft agrees with me. That being the case, the food was INCREDIBLE and though we sat outside that evening (on the day it was called for Biden-Harris to celebrate), I loved the decor. Amazing interior. I will go again to give the place another chance (Note: I ate dinner at Craft's sister restaurant years ago, Craftbar, and thought it was fantastic).More
