Never disappointed by Jaffa cafe, where the mood is always up and the fun at the order of the day. Great healthy food in generous servings.

The Tofu salad with Ginger Carrot Dressing is one of my favorite things at this place. A bit worn and crowded inside- I recommend sitting in the back outdoors. Don't forget to ask for the free branded condo when you pay!

For me it was reallly good! the food, service (albeit a little slow cause of the weekend crowd) and ambience was good! Affordable and yummy! Definitely will come back when I'm in new york city!

I have been coming here since college in the '90s and am thrilled that in an area riddled with so much change, the East Village, the food and decor have stayed exactly the same. I always get the avocado salad with carrot dressing (it is...More

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighborhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
the residential blocks makes this a wonderful place to
