Sweet Potato soft serve ice cream. You cannot imagine how delicious this is. Get it with a side of corn flakes. their bagel bombs are also pretty spectacular

Check out Momofuku Milk Bar if you're down to try some unusual, yet delicious concoctions. The cereal milk soft serve is delicious and worth the trip! The cookies are also delicious and come in weird flavor combinations. The staff is super friendly, and the no-frills atmosphere makes it a great spot to stop in for a bite of something sweet... In a city dominated by the next food trend, the golden age of Momofuku seems like a distant memory. That being said, if you're looking to re-live 2014, definitely make this place a priority. I stopped in at around 11pm and was treated like a queen (mainly because they were closing in an hour and were more than happy to... More

If in NYC this is a must visit, the candy bar cake is amazing! As is the Crack pie and the cornflake ice cream. I cannot recommend highly enough, just don't think about the calories!

Such good sugary treats. Get the truffles and the crack pie. They are both extremely sweet and delicious. Cool place.

Got a birthday cake for a friend here - it was obviously the best cake! I found out about this place from some cookies I got at Madison Square Garden. Can't wait for another reason to celebrate so I can get a cake here!

So happy that we made it out to Momofuku Milk Bar before we left! I got the fruity cereal milk soft serve. Tasted like the milk left behind when you eat fruit loops! I'm definitely returning for more!

I cannot say crack pie enough. I even went to their crack-pie-making class at their main bakery and that was FUN. Cookies are delicious, too.

Staying in East Village

Neighborhood Profile
East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village, which offers plenty of unique small businesses catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the old-time neighborhood feel that you can still experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of the residential blocks makes this a wonderful place to wander up and down the streets searching for the newest hip spot, or an old-school favorite. In the center of the neighborhood, Tompkins Square Park serves as a gathering point for the New Yorkers that call the East Village home. The people-watching here is hard to beat.
