My friend and I were craving a good steak but most of the places where extremely expensive and as we contemplated where to go we came upon this delightful restaurant with french flair and a reasonable steak dinner. The presentation of our steak dinner was...More

I have frequented this restaurant before. Basic steak/frites and salad. Good tenderloin , perfectly cooked, and they ask if you want more. It is consistently delicious. The servers are great- smiling, friendly and attentive. 'Good basic wine list.

Read all the other reviews about the menu, they're right. Steak, Frites, Wine, Cocktails, Beer, Sparkling Water and Desserts. We reserved a table for 8:30, spent about an hour with everything. Service was spot on. You will not leave empty. We ordered steaks rare, which...More

My New York restaurant research told me steak is very expensive (exchange rate doesn't help) in New York so I thought why not try this speciality restaurant that does nothing else but steak served with fries & salad. You would think that If that's the...More

Basically, it’s fast food for decent steak frites. No menu choices - except rare, medium, or well done. The frites are delicious, the mustard tarragon sauce could be eaten by the spoonful, it was so tasty! The rare steak was juicy. The service was not...More

My family was first recommended to go here while visiting Paris a few years ago (all locals and essentially one item on the menu, so refreshing!) We fell in love! When we realized it is also near us, in New York City, we had to...More

A simple and reasonably priced steak -and only- steak restaurant midtown. The salad is yummy, with nuts but no croutons, and it’s naturally gluten free. The only menu choice is a pretty good steak in an excellent gluten free sauce. The gluten free French fries...More

Interesting combination of fast food and quiet, civilised ambience. We had been looking to have a steak dinner locally but many of the other steak restaurants in the area have eye-popping prices. No doubt delicious but a bit of a strain on the wallet. Le...More

Apart from adjusting opening hours to fit North American practice (5 instead of 7), it's faithful to its French locations, where we have eaten many times. The steak and the frites are the same, although the sauce is a little different, and there is a...More
