If you just want a simple bite to eat without paying a fortune around Times Square, this is a great option. The service is efficient and you can eat in or take away.

We were looking for a quick lunch in Time Square while visiting NYC. While trying to eat somewhere other than the typically chain restaurant, we found the Europa Cafe. While not a bad experience, we weren't that impressed. At first, we had to wait a little bit before having our order taken. The guy behind the counter looked at us... More

Stopped by after sightseeing/shopping in the heat. The place was busy but staff are helpful and friendly. Getting a table for lunch can be tricky but you should expect that. Salad was tasty and had lots of options so bound to be something that suits.

I guess is a New York thing... You have the privilege of ordering food at their place, know what you are doing or get the heck out... The guys behind the counter are quite rude giving a bit of attitude. A shame really because the food is good, price is ok, speed is great for cooked when you order. So... More

This place is always on our regular stop list. It has so many different pastries and sandwiches to choose from with everything in a display case. The food is fresh and delicious although I usually stay partial to the Linzer Tart. If you're going to commend try that or the cheesecake you won't be disappointed.

Went here two days in a row because my clients are close by. I bought my client lunch one day here and we did take out and I dined in one time with my colleague. I love going to NYC and having all the great salad places so convenient. They will chop your salad and let you add whatever you... More

Right at one of THE hotspots of this world an oasis snd a tiny piece of European breakfast culture. Not cheap, but you cannot stand 3 weeks in a row Starbucks coffee, can you?

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
