The waitress was wonderful, very caring and attentive to our special requests. The atmosphere is subdued and pleasant, the bartender is a real artist. The menu offers a beautiful choice of Thai specialties and a selection of delicious desserts, like the fresh mango with coconut...milk and sticky rice : amazing.More

Went on Saturday evening (05/07/22) for 6:00 PM reservation. Seated within a few minutes and our waitress Alexa brought us menus and asked if we we wanted any water or to order drinks. We gave her our drink order and she said she will give...us a few minutes to look over the menu. She came back after a few minutes to check on us to see if we had any questions. We placed our Appetizer and Dinner orders and after relaxing a short (10 minutes) time Appetizers came out and it was great. A little while (15 minutes?) after finishing our dinner came out. Dinner and was excellent! Decided to have some dessert and again great service and excellent dessert. I have to say it is a nice trendy looking place, nicely done and the service was a solid 5/5 stars. The food was all 5/5 stars! I highly recommend them and we will definitely be back again soon! If in the area or nearby you really have to try them out.More

Very pretty decor and full bar. They changed the menu post-COVID and it seems more limited than before but the food was excellent. I had the fried spring rolls and the green curry with chicken. The curry had the perfect amount of heat. My friend...had the Thai fried rice with chicken and really liked it. Highly recommend.More

The servers were very friendly and polite. Menu selection is a bit short compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve been to. But the food was delicious. The Curry Puff is worth trying.

My friend and I came here for dinner to check out the authenticity. We sat outside due to nice weather, but the inside is excellent as well but a little darker. The outside seating area is beautifully decorated with a touch of garden look alike....The hostess was nice and friendly. Noosh was our waitress. They wear a nice costume here, representing Thailand. My friend ordered Mango salad, and I ordered poh piah sod to start. Both were delicious. Then I ordered Chu Chi Red Snapper while my friend ordered two entrees. She had Gan Panang and Vegetarian Street Food. Her entree Gan Panang or Penang curry was superb! I preferred that better than my Snapper. I didn’t expect the snapper to be filet because Thai-style fish is usually served as a whole fish. However, the sauce served on top of the fish was delicious. The vegetarian street food was all right, nothing special. It was bland. My poh piah sod was better than my entree. Overall experience was good, and the service was excellent, from the hostess to the waitress. We liked it here and would like to try another dish next time.More

We thought all the staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The food was very tasty, unfortunately the two Curry’s both had overcooked chewy meat. ( a real shame as the flavours were incredible.

We truly enjoy Thai food and were looking for more than a hole in a wall place to dine while waiting to go to a show at MSG. Sarai is a must go to place! The whole dining experience was pleasant right from the beginning....The hostess was polite, our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable about the varied foods offered and the portions were generous and flavorful. We definitely will plan on going back to Sabai next time we are in the area. Great ambiance!More

If you’re looking to experience way above average Thai, this may be your place. On entering, you notice immediately this isn’t walk-in, fast food Asian. The decor is upscale and tasteful. Our greeter was courteous and attentive. We ordered the Sabai sampler, Massaman curry, pumpkin...curry, and pork fried rice. The food was spectacular. Depending on your tolerance for spicy hot food, be careful on what level you order. This is authentic Thai. They don’t use sissy chilis. The highlight of the visit however was our waiter, whose name now escapes me. He could not have controlled the flow of drinks, food, and his extra help better if he was using a printed flow chart, and he would tidy up the tiniest out of place detail on the table without being obtrusive or omnipresent. The food was great; they definitely know how to use their aromatics. The Mochi ice cream desert was a definite positive, especially given that it’s an unusual find. You’ll get 3 choices and we went with coconut , lychee, and green tea. The green tea was superlative, and I’m no fan of tea in any form. In this case it was the favorite, the other 2 being a distant second. This was an all around great experience, topped off by the authentic Thai wai salutation by everyone who works there as we left. I’ll be back.More

I ordered my panang and tom yum soup regular spicy and they were spot on, a rich and hot curry that I would order again and a perfect tom yum. Also ordered pad thai, and chose light spicy. I will assume they mistakenly added too...much because it was nearly inedible, not just for my spice-averse husband but me too! I love a spicy dish but it left us both with numb mouths and tears in our eyes. I’d be willing to try them again to see if it was just a mistake this time, because for that moment before the spice hits the pad thai was delicious.More

My wife and i are taking in more Thai places and starting to feel we understand the American Thai, we have never been to Thailand. Fried tofu Massaman curry had great flavor. Pineapple fried rice had an unusual but very enjoyable flavor, and the pineapple...was soft and juicy. Yellow curry was great. They adjust the spice level and medium was right for us, it had noticable heat but not out of line at all. A bit disappointed with spring rolls that appeared to come out of a box and into the oil. No great flavor in the Spring roll but the Plum sauce was great on those spring rolls. Value is decent, service was fine and ambiance was good. Overall, a fun dinner.More
