I was disappointed with the service in this restaurant. A group of 7 of us went for a late lunch at 3pm, expecting to receive the lunch deal (pictured). They refused to give us this deal even though we had an hours grace. We stayed...as we were very hungry and didn’t want to find a new restaurant that suited everyone’s requirements. I had the beef massaman - it was tasty and a good portion, although the sauce was a little watery for my liking. It came to $24 including tip and tax. We were all paying separately but the waiter refused to take more than 4 card payments. This made the paying process overly complicated and detracted from what had been a fairly enjoyable experience.More

A pleasant intimate small quiet Thai restaurant close to Carnegie Hall that serves nicely plated reasonably priced food. Our group of eight had a cross section of dishes ranging from one of the salads to a stir fried rice dish and chicken dish to several...soups. Except for one dish being too spicy for the person who ordered it (a situation that was immediately remedied by the waitress who brought back a toned down version that worked much better for the member of our group) everyone enjoyed his or her chosen dish. The combination salad/crispy spring roll/entree choice was especially remarked upon. The salad was small, about a cup, with a delightful peanut sauce. The very flavorful small spring rolls were crisply fried and two bites each. I had the pork ball noodle soup and would order it again. The waitress asked if I was ok with spicy, so I expected at least medium hot, which is what I got—pleasantly spicy but not burn your mouth, kill your taste buds hot. It was full of ground pork, pork balls, and very thin noodles and topped off with cilantro, bean sprouts and ground peanuts. There are non spicy and spicy items on the menu, but it is probably wise to ask first about your chosen dish if you aren’t a fan of hot spice. Nice place and would go again to try other menu items.More

A group of ten friends met here for dinner. I think we took up about 1/4 of the restaurant. The food was delicious, and pleasant staff.

Went here for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. We got right in, but clearly beat the rush only by 20 minutes. By the time we left there were many people standing at the door, awaiting a place to seat. All with good...reason, the food was hot, delicious, and layered in flavor. My friend and I each had a combination dinner that was a large bowl of food with a salad and two small rolls on the side. Every thing was delicious. Highly recommend and would return.More

We happened to drop in here when we couldn’t find the place we decided to visit. What a fortuitous coincidence. There was nothing I didn’t enjoy about our meal and considering the prices to eat out in Manhattan this place is very reasonably priced. The...service was a bit slow, but still reasonable. I would definitely recommend going here. We had dumplings, spring rolls and crab wontons for entrees. For mains we had the soft shell crab and pork ribs.More

Staying by the Central Park area in NYC, we chanced upon this little Thai restaurant trying to get out of the rain. At first glance of the menu, prices were steep, especially compared to LA. We ordered the pad see ew, which was done perfectly....Then came the soft shell crab with garlic sauce and the crispy duck with red curry sauce. Both were stupendous! There were TWO soft shell crabs in each order, fried to crisp perfection sitting on sautéed veggies. The duck was not shredded like most times I've had it but instead, TWO whole duck legs (thigh and drumstick) arranged over a mildly spicy red curry sauce. A great meal at what turned out to be very reasonable prices. Putting it down on my "Come Back To" places!!More
