This was our second visit to Saju. Four of us stopped here before a Broadway play and had an excellent meal. Two of us had a grilled veggie plate that we loved. The veggies were done just right and tasted delicious. One of us had a croque Monsieur that he loved and one had a pasta. We had two glasses... More

A quiet and peaceful place, close to the Times Square. A wonder that this friendly and peaceful place is so close to the square, having been a while at Times Square you need some peace and quiet. Very nice staff and good food. A bistro with no nonsense food, as I like it.

My friends and I were in the city for a show and wanted lunch before the theater. We parked right next door and decided to try Saju. We all ordered a different pasta and each was prepared al dente. The pasta was home made and cooked perfectly. The sauces were also good. One friend had tuna puttanesca and the tuna... More

Was a little nervous about the location but went for a 5:30 dinner after work to meet a friend and had a lovely meal! The portions were perfect, I had a mushroom risotto which was the special risotto of the day and my friend had the poulet à la verdonnaise and it looked amazing! The staff were friendly (definitely not... More

I have been to this restaurant about half a dozen times, and each time I am delighted. For NYC, there is a good distance between tables. The menu is varied, the specials are good. The prices are reasonable for NYC. My brother commented that the eggs benedict were the best he had ever had - high praise from him. I... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
