Walked in through red velvet curtains to a waiter in full tuxedo ready to take us to our seats. The waiter talked us through every step of the menu and when the steak came it was the size of a steering wheel. Cooked perfectly, expensive but worth every penny

To preface this review, my standard is the ultra competitive Texas steakhouse in the Dallas Market. The night we visited, they only had 1-2 tables seated when we got there at 7pm. They added a few more as the evening progressed but certainly not more than 1/2 full. Drinks were served promptly. Wedge Salad was first class and large enough... More

If you have seen the television show hosted by the owner, the show does not spin a tall tale. Everything about this place was top notch. The staff are professional and friendly. The steaks are thick and prepared to perfection. You may pay a bit more for this excellence, but I would break my piggy bank to dine here again.... More

When I think of a Manhattan steakhouse, my wallet usually cringes. But when we chanced upon Uncle Jack's, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food for the price. Also, our waiter was very friendly and a good sport. We both got a lunch special, which was Steak and Frites (we subbed the Frites for a salad). The steak... More

I first visited this place in the summer of 2012 while the Olympics were on in the UK. It was lunchtime and I sat at the bar and watched sports on one of the two screens but once you get past the bar, the place becomes a more sedate restaurant. Wherever you choose to sit, if you like meat, this... More

We visited Uncle Jack's for the second time this year while visiting NYC. Our first visit was excellent and this was no different, but we brought two children, 14 and 11 on this visit. We had steaks all around and two of our group had the Fred Flintstone steak, huge and delicious, with sides. Our waiter helping us to ensure... More

We had dinner for 2, the restaurant decor is very nice, the food is ok but not amazing. We ordered oysters and a wedge salad, both were good. The wine list is also very good with many of the top American wines represented. For main, we shared a 12oz fillet steak, with sides of garlic mash (ok), sweet potato fries... More

Good place for a burger or steak lunch. Efficient and attentive service. The tables are not too close either. Not cheap but not unreasonable either.
