Delicious ramen. Five basic ramens to which you add more contents. Their EAK basic ramen plus spicy leek, onions, garlic oil and their clever “spice bomb” (3 different serious chili’s/peppers created a wonderful dish. Noodles al dente. Other items on the menu but the ramen...More

Had lunch at EAK Ramen. The ramen itself was great taste, portion not too big. Let's say Japanese size not American ;) so added garlic edamame as a perfect complement. Will go back

Great, speedy service. The EAK ramen bowl is super tasty. The meat is perfectly cooked and the broth is perfectly smooth and not too salty. Noodles are also served at perfect temperature and consistency. This spot is a gem!

I'm Japanese and love "Yokohama iekei (pronounce "E.A.K") Ramen. This is the first Yokohama iekei Ramen spot in NY and very authentic. Very rich broth and noodle texture is just perfect. Their side dishes are very good, my hubby loves their fried chicken.

Ramen in the NYC is such a scam ($10-$18 for a bowl of salty water? really?), yet I cannot stop eating! I've been to EAK several times and always get the EAK bowl. It's perfect savory and spiced. Service is amazing. Definitely the best ramen...More
