Great breakfast buffet

I visited every morning for the included all day breakfast. It was great there was yogurt, cereal, bacon, a variety of fruits, croissants, raw salmon, eggs and potatoes with free coffee and orange juice.

I was so impressed with Brasserie 1605. Our waiter, Tofael, was excellent, friendly and very attentive. We had the breakfast buffet which was delicious and had plenty of options for any diet. I would definitely dine here again!

The food here is wonderful, I had breakfast and really enjoyed it! I was also staying in the Crown Plaza and one morning I wasn't feeling very well. I came down and got take -out. The wonderful gentleman working the take-out side was nice and made a few suggestions. He packed everything up nice and neat for me and placed... More

This is a very typical/bog-standard hotel lobby restuarant, and I am bemused how it could by a TripAdvisor Certificate Of Excellent winner. Food is OK, staff are as tired and unmotivated as the rest of the staff at the hotel, and the only genuinely positive feature is a view of Times Square - but its only one floor up so... More

I travel extensively and have many years experience in Buisness and have previously worked in hospitality industry. When you experience exceptional customer service that is cut above the norm and done with genuine authenticity it must be recognized. I we had such an experience last evening with a server (Japhet Ruiz). Buisness is all about branding. To the supervisor and... More

It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. Being a priority club member made us feel very special while staying at the hotel.

Poor quality food and very poor service...what a joke !! The breakfast buffet was pathetic. I've had better free breakfast buffets at the Comfort Inn...I'm serious, the free buffet at the Comfort Inn in Florence, SC outperformed the Crowne Plaza Times Square on food taste, variety, food quality and service !! Shame on you Crowne Plaza !!

Just above average breakfast that is way overpriced even with discounted vouchers. Normally $30 for an average buffet. It was good but not that good. My 5 yr old was free but my 9 yr old was charged $19+, while wife and I had $10 vouchers.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
