Affordable fun late night and good wine, Great japanese tapas, easy peasy. Good wine, nice fun ambiance. Extra super fragilistic toilets ;-)!

We went to this old haunt to find it had changed and I think changed for the better. The decor and atmosphere was still warm Izakaya style. Casual drinking and eating. The food was all excellent and we had plentiful draft Sapporo and sake. Lively...More

Authentic and very sumptuous yakitori, yummy skewers of chicken, beef, shrimp...yellow-tail is sweet, Salmon and tuna sashimi are heavenly...everyday happy hour with 2 great sake selections that are worth it for $4 (larger than normal sake cup). Compared to other traditional Japanese (Izakaya) restaurants, this...More

Dinner with colleagues. For three with several drinks and dishes, under 100. Great for mid-town. While busy, service was great. Food was excellent as well. Enjoyed some yakitori and sushi, while colleagues enjoyed a rice dish and noodles. All enjoyed. Didn't have a reservation but...More

This is our first time here. The food and service is outstanding. Authentic Japanese menu. Lots of choices and great food! Service is great! Try the fried baby octopus or the grilled shrimp, they are outstanding!
