Had a nice meal sitting outside here while people watching and letting the world go by. One of the few places in the local area to sit outside and eat. The service was good and done with a smile and the food was tasty to. Not a posh place but somewhere which serves nice grub.

Just happened to find this diner as we walked towards Time Square. Lots of return customers dining which is always a good sign. Ordered deluxe burger with extra cheese, excellent flavour too many fries but luckily shared with my daughter.

Had a good sandwich. Too many really great places to waste money on this place. Pricey, I do realize it is NY.

This diner was around the corner from where we were staying. We came upon it and decided to eat there. We were able to sit outside and it was quite nice. It has your typical diner menu where you can get anything you want. We order sandwiches since it was lunch. They were very filling and I have to say... More

Big disappointment. Rarely do I give two stars. We asked to replace one of the dishes because it was not what we expected. We encountered angry faces but eventually it was taken and we picked something else from the menu. Food quality and taste was just not good all around, vegetables in the salad were not fresh. I had a... More

This was the first place we stopped for food and we loved this place. Great service and the portions are enormous! We will be back. Highly recommend.

We stayed near Times Square, but in our hotel there were long lines for breakfast. So we went out. There are a lot of places to go, and we went to a different one every day. So we came by Applejack. There was a lot on the menu to choose from. We had a nice breakfast. I had a breakfast... More

Ended up having 3 breakfasts here during our weeks stay. Best value breakfast in the area. The usual morning menu all cooked well, no fuss, efficient friendly staff, and cheaper than a lot of the local competition. Great stuff.

Thank Nick H

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
