We all enjoyed this place. The food was tasty and the service gracious. The penne a la vodka ($20), the piadizza cinque formaggi ($13), and the cassone romagnolo ($12) were all thoroughly enjoyed. (FYI: The piadizze are 10-inch diameter personal pizzas with a thin crispy...crust.) And the cannoli was amazing. My only note is that the kitchen & counter are in a small space on W. 37th Street, and the dining area consists of 16 seats in a structure built in the parking lane on the street. Nothing wrong with that - it’s advertised as a street food place after all - but this might not be completely clear to someone from out of town quickly searching the internet for something more formal.More

Lovely food and lovely lady serving it. Great choice of fillings and a nice covered seated area outside. Well worth a visit.

It was pouring with rain when we left our hotel, and many of the subway lines were closed. New York declared an emergency. I wasn't sure we could eat at Non Solo Piada; it seemed to be a take-out place. But I saw that there...were tables in a covered structure outside, and the very nice woman at the cash register said, "Sure, you can eat there." There's a breakfast menu, but you can order anything all day. We had one piada with tomato and mozzarella and one with eggs, mushrooms, and mozzarella. I thought the tomato was better, but both were very good -- and large! We had a caffe latte and a cappuchino - both very good. This is Italian street food at its best.More

Literally a hole in the wall shop serving terrific Italian street foods and Italian coffees. Try the piadene, a folded up, flakey, buttery flat bread stuffed with delicious ingredients - including breakfast options. Also saw frittatas and pastas on the menu. There's no inside seating...to speak of, but they have an enclosed, heated shelter off the sidewalk with tables that was sweet. Will definitely return!!More

I needed a bite to take back to my hotel room and couldn’t decide-the owner was on hand to talk me into something delicious and was so charming. Prepared right before me, the food was hot and cheesy and perfect!!

This is an original Italian place that offers (almost) authentic Italian cuisine for a more than acceptable price. It is highly recommended for a quick but tasty fast lunch or snack. They apparently have an affordable offer for breakfast, we might try it. The owner...– 100% Italian – is extremely nice and welcoming. If the location were more appealing, we would have given 5 stars. Siamo entrambi italiani puri, dunque potete fidarvi, concittadini 😃More

This is the real italian piadina . Fanstastic the Romagnola with real italian stracchino , prosciutto and Arugula. My wife got the pizza made with the same dough as the piadina and it was an amazing surprise how good it was.

Italian breakfast was excellent. We had the romana omelet and croissant with sweet Italian sausage. Even tho we were there early they had the most fabulous cannolis made fresh that morning. I’d eat here every morning if I could.

We needed a quick place for lunch on our way to Penn Station. We ordered a couple Italian sandwiches (I can’t remember what they were called). They have outdoor seating which was very convenient and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re in the...area.More
