I immediately loved the decor of this place, very nice from both the outside and inside. We were seated upstairs overlooking the bar. The waitress was lovely and seemed very knowledgeable about the menu; my fiance said the beer she recommended was great. We shared some wings to start (huge portion!). I then had the catfish with mash and spinach.... More

We loved our meal here, Ribs, Brisket, Shrimp pasta and veggie burger were all good with cold beers, we even managed to share some desserts. Service from Stephen was excellent, he was very patient in explaining the menu. We had a booth and really enjoyed our visit. Recommended.

We were in NY for my round birthday, by coincidence 4 other members of our family were in NY at the same time. Met here for pre dinner drinks - lively & friendly. Returned a few days later for a late lunch - good food & service.

We felt so lucky that our hotel (The French Quarters) was right above this bar. We finished every day in NYC with a drink here. Bartenders Danny and Keith were outstanding; they kept us entertained and well supplied with craft beers and cocktails. We ate here once and loved the Southern style menu. The decorative styling had a fantastic New... More

Came across this by chance and the menu outside looked good so we went in. Our waitress was excellent with fast friendly service and was happy to explain to us what certain things (like Hush Puppies!) were and advised that portions were big so we might want to share appetizers, soda's were free re-fills and that some beers were on... Had a really nice family meal here. Had a seat on the balcony. Good value, pretty authentic Southern food with a good value drinks selection. Great service from our waitress including an excellent impromptu card trick! Would definitely recommend.

We ate there before Boadway show. It's in Reastaurant Row, 46th St. Nice atmosphere, does kinda remind you of New Orleans. The food was outstanding! The portions are very generous (we took some home). Our food include blackened catfish from the $25 Prix Fixe menu and the BBQ assortment - all well-presented and very flavorful. The salad, also excellent, was... More

We ate here a couple of times, stopping in the adjacent French Quarters hotel. NY isn't cheap to eat out, particularly when you're close to Times Square and the Theatre District, but this was good food at a reasonable price with good service. Worth stopping by!

Great Creole/Louisiana/Cajun style cuisine but a bit pricy and cab do with less salt and heat! Average price is around $20. I got the blackened fish deal with dessert for $24 and totally enjoyed the whole thing! The bread pudding was just out of this world. We also took the Cajun shrimp pasta which was very flavorful but a bit... More

Built in 2008 in the Honor and Tradition of Old New Orleans, "Bourbon Street Bar & Grille" is inspired by everything that makes the Crescent City and South Louisiana great. It is our hope that the unique culture of New Orleans is transplanted right here to our home on Restaurant Row in the middle of NYC. Friends and Family coming together in the midst of great drinks, great food, and great fun, is all we ever hoped for. Whether you would like to enjoy a delicious dinner before a Broadway Show, or if you want to Celebrate into the Morning, you may think you've actually landed in the middle of the French Quarters. We look forward to sharing our Southern Hospitality with you, and maybe even getting you to wear some beads too. So Come on down ya'll, and as always.......Let the Good Times Roll.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
