By far hands down the best chocolate shop. Splurge on yourself or the kids you won't regret it. It is fabulous! They have a little cafe as well inside so you can sit and drink the best hot chocolate of your life!!!

The best chocolate ever - especially the dark choco truffles -- Chocolate love for your mouth and I am actually glad they are not in my neighbourhood: I have to walk for this special treat and therefore lose any guilt that it was not in my diet. What am I saying?! Dark chocolate is good for my heart! :-)

The chocolate here is amazing! It's my sister's favorite chocolate (they are the only place we have found that carries dark chocolate and cinnamon. Seems simple enough right? Can't find it anywhere but there!). The people were friendly and nice and the little boutique is cute inside! It is pricey but is worth it for a treat.

It is pricey but so worth it, I usually get this for Christmas or Valentines day. Life is too short to eat just ok chocolate. The flavors are divine, I love the truffles and macaroons as well. Nothing beats an assortment box of their chocolates..you must savor them..you will be glad you did.

Expensive but great quality. I think I paid $9 for a hot chocolate I almost fell over but it was good at least

My husband and I stopped here to get hot chocolate while we looking at the tree. The store was totally empty so we got our hot chocolate right away. We decided on dark hot chocolate. It was very pricey for hot chocolate but truly incredible. It was rich and flavorful. The chocolates all looked really amazing but we didn't partake.... More

We wanted to sit down and have something with chocolate for dessert. La Maison du Chocolat does have a small seating area, and we were asked when we came in if we'd like to sit and look at menus. We were seated at a very small counter which also served as a display area, so as we were waiting clerks... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
