SHAKE SHACK, New York City

This is one of the few restaurants we would actually recommend dashing from. A Kessel Run if you can, where you dash it to yourself and then refund it. Inside it feels like a post-apocalypse movie. Very strict covid rules and it feels more like...a prison than a restaurant. Girls scream at you from outside, making it more unnerving. They also screwed up our order, which baffles me because its tablet entry. However, once we got it straightened out, the food itself was fine. Good quality that you would expect from Shake Shack.More

Best burger of our trip. My

Best burger of our trip. My wife new the place from some model blogger, but it was awesome. Great burger and quick service. It’s a fastfood restaurant so don’t expect a waiter :)

Worth the Wait

We were there in Dec and the place was very crowded. The queue seem to go for forever and we are glad that we waited. This is a must visit and we are glad that we did.

first timer buying takeout for family on december 31 2019

as stated we are first timers purchasing at shake shack. first the service was very organized , fast, hospitable and I felt welcomed. we purchased 3 double smokehouse burgers 2 bacon cheese fries 2 regular fries 2 10 piece count chicken bites and 1 large...seasonal brew while I waited for the food - I was told I could purchase a beer and drink it while I waited. never had this kind of service so I went for it. drank my beer in the comfort of the back while I waited for the takeout. I watched how the front and back of the house operated. the business motto is excellent and company will continue to shine,ESPECIALLY if they add IPA BEER TO THE MENU. I NOW KNOW WHERE to buy my burgers from.More

Amazing but not enough veg option

Amazing mushroom burger and the cookies shake is beyond delicious. Only downside is the limited veg choice - only 1 dish - which limits options esp as there aren't any fish options

Hot Dog!

Everyone goes to Shake Shack for the burgers but the hot dog is delicious too! A good option if you are not hungry enough to eat a whole burger.

Quick, tasty food!

I love Shake Shack! The chicken and hamburgers are tasty. Their frozen custard is delicious! The service is quick and price is right for NYC! If you need a quick place to eat try Shake Shack!

Nice food

We arrived here after having tour of the statue of liberlity. Abit of a queue but nice tasting burger and chips . Would say they taste similar MC donalds.

Best quick bite so far

Efficient, friendly service, from people who looked like they enjoyed each other’s company, as well as their jobs. Food was good, fair priced, and will be going back! Good job!

Great cheese burgers slightly over priced

We had some very nice cheese burgers. The regular hamburger was not good (no salad, no tomato...). The place was fine but food was slighly over priced.
