About
Estancia 460 reflects the Italian and Spanish culinary influences in Argentina. From the extra thin crusted pizzas, pastas, sizzling shrimp and grilled fish, paella and grass-fed beef to the wine list that is diverse with offerings from South America, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Estancia translates as a ranch house and the restaurant emulates that with its white washed brick walls, high ceilings, wooden tables and chairs. The crowd feels like an extended family which many come to dine with large groups to enjoy the Parillada, a mixed grill of meats, or for romantic dinners. Estancia has been feeding the locals and Tribeca celebs since 1995 and has developed an extended family outside the neighborhood that choose us as their "go to" place for hearty unpretentious fare in a low key and intimate setting. Come and enjoy our sultry Latin sound track and start off with a Latin Manhattan and end your night with crepes and dulce de leche!

This place is in the neighborhood near where I work. Went for lunch with a group of friends, who had been before but my first time. The menu has a Latin American slant, but there are also pastas and pizzas, so something for all. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with chimichura sauce and a side salad. Grilled chicken breast can often be dry but these were not at all. Very tender and two good sized pieces. The side salad was huge and very fresh. Not disappointed at all and I would order again. Others in our group ordered sandwiches, which come with a choice of fries or salad. All seemed happy with their choices. The Venezuelan in our group ordered the chicken Milanese, which was a huge portion of breaded chicken, which he chose topped with diced tomatoes. This seemed to be one of his favorite dishes here. The house made flan was delicious and silky smooth, but it did not need the dulce de leche on top. Good service and food; would definitely go again.

We had a group dinner here and our party included some children. The menu caters to all (pastas / meats and great chicken Milanese). Great location in TriBeCa - you feel like you’ve stumbled upon a local secret.

We were a large party of 15, arrived at 6:30 to celebrate Father’s Day early. Of course we understand that a large group will mean a longer wait for food so we were expecting that. However, I was very disappointed in the long wait time for the appetizers (over 30 minutes), four of seven which were salads. The cooked stuffed should take longer but salads are usually prepared/in the refrigerator or easily put together. I asked a staff person about it and she said the kitchen was backed up. We asked for more bread since everyone was hungry but did not receive any until we asked the third time and it was to the bus boy who understood that everyone was starving. The food was good but not WOW. I liked the steak/chicken/sausage platter for two which had a lot of food and was nicely presented on a serving board. The empanada appetizers were ok. Some people ordered the Milanese chicken and it was good. Later on when we ordered dessert, the coffee took almost 20 minutes to come. I came to the conclusion that this is not a good restaurant to come with a large party. It’s a small neighborhood restaurant that caters to the local community who will come and hang out for a few hours. My party of 15 had people from Queens and NJ so when we finished at 9, everyone was in a hurry to head home since dinner took sooo long. I would give it another star but I also don’t recall anyone coming over and asking us how our meal was. Service needs to improve.

This is a good neighborhood spot. Not necessarily an experience that I would travel across town for but what they do - an interesting but fairly straightforward menu - they do well. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the food I ate here. It was tasty and filling, but at a good price. I can highly recommend coming here for lunch. I imagine dinner is a good place to eat as well.

It’s very honest restaurant. Don’t promise great things but it has really great normal things. I had a great pice of meat and the milanesas are wonderful. The service is lovely and the owner very sweet. The wine list is short but very good inexpensive wines. The ambient is friendly

Dropped in here with a group of 8 friends. Didn’t look like they had a table that big, but they simply made that happen. We shared a few starters and people bought different main courses. Everyone loved everything! The service was great and prices very reasonsble. Will go again. And again. Thanks!

We went to Estancia for brunch with a big group. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We had a reservation but most of our party was late. They held their last outside table for us even though there was a group all there asking for it. The place is cute and welcoming inside. The outdoor seating is limited but so nice, quiet, cobble stone street just enough away from the hustle and bustle of the West Side Highway and TriBeCa. Food was delicious. Good variety of breakfast / lunch items on the brunch menu. I had the chicken milanese sandwich, so tasty! I was worried the chicken would be dry because it was so thin but it was not at all. I would love to go back and try their dinner menu!

Small neighborhood place with a nice Sunday brunch. Very good service. Will definitely go back for dinner since the brunch/lunch menu is limited. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Nice wine list. Our server said she was new but she was excellent.

Oh my God the steak is to die for!!! The meat is so tender and tasty and so much of it. The place is cute in a "trattoria" kind of way and the staff very friendly and attentive. Is the "local" place to our friends and the meal all in all was extremely pleasant. A nice discovery in TriBeCa.

... and causy nice place for an Argentinean meal. The choice of food is smaller than at other places, but we felt that this is a neighbourhood gem. It can be reached very easily one of the underground stations. We enjoyed melted cheese and a nice piece of meet with spinach ...
