We sat down for dinner after checking into the Library Hotel after a 30 hour travel time to arrive in NYC. We weren't starving, so ordered the "award winning" burger to share with some spinach on the side. The burger was simple and lovely. So juicy that it burnt my hand as it exploded. The spinach was okay. Typical enormous... More

Really liked this restaurant with a good menu card and some great wines. The service was excellent despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Tip: When you have a group or some loud customers lower the music. It can be noisy.

The service lacks, but the wine cocktails and liquor cocktails are delicious. Good location, and good atmosphere. Fun music.

My $17 Manhattan was good, but my wife's $17 Martini, made as requested with Bombay Sapphire Gin, tasted funny. Reason: there was no vermouth. None. The waiter explain that that's normal these days. Not in my book! He went back and had vermouth added, but by then it was watery. Be careful.

Had a great brunch with drinks and great food. We were celebrating a birthday. Even though they were crowded we still felt we had great service and great food and drinks.

This is not a huge restaurant, but it's friendly, the waiting staff are good and so is the food. Makes a nice difference to eating in one of the may chains in NYC.

Based on an enjoyable previous visit to this restaurant about two years ago my wife and I decided it would be a safe bet this time round - wrong... Prior to dining we'd called in to the restaurant and spoke to a female who took our booking - we specified at that time a particular table and this was agreed.... More

Attached to the wonderful hotel we were staying at (Library Hotel) - nice space open to the street. Friendly service, good food (we had salads that were fresh and reasonable priced).

It was such a busy restaurant with quick service and really nice food. We had the cheeseburger the first night and a Cobb salad the second night. My partner had the tomato bisque and the eggplant dish. Overall a great place for food and discussion.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
