At $3 a pint (30 seconds off of Times Square no less) this is a brilliant place to kick back and have a beer of an afternoon or evening. The staff are really friendly and keep the beers flowing. There is also an awesome collection...More

We visited here in December and were not disappointed. We made our way back in April as this bar is a must visit place. It doesn't seem very inviting from the outside, but don't be fooled, once inside you are in for a treat! Best...More

During a four day visit to New York we called into Jimmy’s Corner for a few beers on a few occasions. As always a great atmosphere and full of a mixture of locals and tourists. The bartenders are so friendly. This is one of our...More

I visited Jimmy’s Corner on multiple visits to NYC. It’s a small narrow bar lined with stools and a rear room with wooden tables. The beers are cheap, the atmosphere is loud and fun and the staff is super nice. If you like a more...More

Went in to see NETWORK @ the Beacon. Since the show was done by 4pm we decided to go across the street to Jimmy's to have a drink. When we walked in, it was like walking into the 1970's. There were boxing pictures & articles...More

Full of character and very cheap beer. Felt like a real American bar rather than a chain. Quite small so not good for large groups but we got seated quickly. Worth a visit.

This is an old school New York dive bar so know what to expect it won’t be for everyone. It gives you a real feel of New York and the beers are $3 which you won’t find cheaper. It’s located just next to Times Square...More

Why anyone would give this filthy bar a positive review is beyond me! It is honestly the worst bar I’ve EVER been in, dirty is not the word and the toilets are so grim this place would be closed down immediately if it was in...More

A very non-touristy bar in the middle of an extremely touristy area. The drinks were cheap and the atmosphere was great.

Definitely no food served at Jimmy's, just cheap drinks but next door is a decent BBQ place called Virgils.

Didn't see any kids in when we were there although couldn't say definitely not allowed. Not sure if you'd want to bring teenagers as great character but it is a dive (in a good way).
