I think it was good but not the best. Be careful because although they would say the food its not spicy, it is for someone who doesnt eat spicy food. I had a burrito and it was good. I went to the one at the Irvine Spectrum Center in California.

Food is okay. Staff were unfriendly and intimidating, not so welcome to customers inquiry. Menu is confusing, it would be helpful if there are photos. Ambiance is not nice, seating arrangement is dull and no cleaner to clean the tables and floor:

I have tried food from many cultures across the world, but I have never tasted this combination of beans and rice. The restaurant itself is dirty.

When after a quick meal this is ideal. Very filing, taste is great not to spicy, chicken was tender. Service good just don't go in with a $100 as they will not take it. This annoyed me as I got 4 meals and only had a $100 so I had to use card. Girl behind counter didn't have a reason... More

Had never imagined that Mexican food can be so unique and tasty. chipotle was as good as a fine dining restaurant. Must go once if you are in New York.

This place is dirty, which can be kinda ok for a fast food, but the real problem is that there was something clearly far beyond expiry date in my burrito. I don't know if it's the same for all the restaurants of this chain but if you happen to pass by, I strongly recommend you to go eat somewhere else.

First time, will not be the last one. It's fast food that is still quality food. Clean place, friendly staff.

Visited the Chipotle outlet at a mall in New Jersey in July 2016. Initially I was a bit reluctant to have food since I am a strict vegetarian and I thought Mexican in US can't be Vegetarian. However, after thoroughly enquiring about the same, ended up having food there... Amazing food. Tasty and healthy. Really liked the concept of bowl... More

Just okay for me... it's organic, so it's good for you. Maybe try it and decide... I didn't know what to order I just went simple "Chicken Burrito" it was okay... nothing to txt home about !
