Best in area for that little goodie you ,are craving, good coffee (really good). Chatty charming staff. Kind of self serve and avoid the rush times as they are not the fastest but worth the wait. The tartlets are always surprising and great.

Whenever I'm in the area I have lunch here. They close at 5 pm or I'd have dinner. Their salads and sandwiches are yummy. I had turkey sandwich and my husband turkey cranberry melt. Different breads.... They make their bread and sell it there. They have a pizza oven and make a delish pizza. I buy a t-shirt every time... More

Yes, it is somewhat hidden in the back of The Wrinkled Egg, and maybe you would not find it if you were not looking, but you need to. Let's start with the baked goods - they cannot be beat. Sure there is something to be said for the freshness of everything they sell, but that alone cannot account for how... More

We only tried a blueberry and cream cookies, plus a wedding cookie, but they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

If you make a trip to Flat Rock, you have to stop here! Best scones in the world. Breads and lunch specials are great too!

While dropping our daughter off at a local camp recently, my family and I stopped into The Wrinkled Egg to check things out. Conveniently attached to this establishment is the Flat Rock Village Bakery. Known for wood-fired organic artisan breads, we tried the classic Margarita pizza. This pizza contained the village scratch tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil. Not... More

The sandwiches are on home, aide bread with the freshest ingredients. I am proud of my ho made tuna melt and this puts mine to shame. My husband had the hot roast beef and it was delicious. We didn't try any of the baked goods. Lunch here is a must!

Maybe I just got there when it was busy, but we waited a long time for our food. It was pretty good. My son loved his loaded bagel, but my scone was kinda dry.

Pizza and breads are to die for. Menu has much more to offer. But, the baked good are my favorite. Must try everything!

Excellent coffee and homemade baked goods. I had a ginger lemon scone to die for. The ambience is very hip and you feel like you're in an art museum. I have not tried the wood baked pizzas but they look delicious. The service is impeccable with a real hometown feel. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Weather permitting, the outdoor... More
