We live this cafe. Since we visited Manteo, they are now a brewery. Try the barbecue sandwich. Heavenly. Wait staff is great and attentive.

While we had to wait 15 minutes for a table, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beer flight was great and the burger with crab was amazing. One of the best burgers I've had. Try the pretzel with crab appetizer too. A must if in this cute town.
Went with my dad and brother in law to sample some beers at the lost colony brewery that's attached to full moon. Really enjoyed the kitty hawk blonde and my dad had the manteo porter. Brother in law had a flight of several different beers that he enjoyed. Only downfall was they were out of a couple beers, but nothing... More
We enjoyed the crab dip and the crab-covered soft pretzel (the best choice!) plus a flight of beer. The blonde (him) and the brown (her) were our favorites. Staff accommodated our rush to get to the show.
We had never been to Manteo before, after 20 yrs of coming to the Banks. What a charming place! Our meal at the Full Moon Café was excellent - best burger and fish and chips!
A downtown Manteo location and easy walk from our AirBnB. Hit the spot when we were hunting for a burger. Choice of burgers and the portabella swiss burger had some huge 'srooms on it. Big bold taste and done just right. Wife had the crab quiche and we all dipped into the Key Lime Pie and the even better Miss.... More
Had a great lunch and double of super beers. The oyster po boy was amazing as was the flounder sandwich. HUGE piece of flounder. Enough for two sandwiches.
Excellent service by waitress...hummus platter bland and way to much bread. Pita a come fried, which sounds good...but not so much :( Beer is good and comes in to go cups for walking around town...so that is a HUGE plus! Would give 3.5 stars overall.

I was wondering that myself since this restaurant is listed on the "Bring Fido" site. Have you been there yet and did they allow dogs?
