We went here based on the other positive reviews on Trip Advisor but had a disappointing experience. We ordered eggs benedict and the veggie omelet. The breakfast potatoes were not salted and lacked flavor. The omelet also lacked flavor and the eggs benedict were undercooked. Overall, just an underwhelming experience.

There isn't a bakery in Wellfleet except for Flying Fish. They offer food but we stopped by to pick up some baked good. Lots of scones, croissants, and cookies.

We had a nice pizza meal here about an hour before the sun went down. Because this restaurant is off the main highway, it wasn't as crowded or busy as some. My son and I split the large Texas Barbecue pizza - it was tasty, well prepared, and it was enough for two large men to eat (with a slice... More

Great breakfast food including fresh squeezed OJ, mimosas and omelettes. Order at the window and sit outside. Pet friendly

The best coffee and pastries in Wellfleet. The scones were wonderful and the "Dirty Bomb" was out of this world. Coffees and smoothies were at the top of our list and the "Egg Creams" are not something seen very often but, The Flying Fish had them.

Stopped by for a blueberry pie and it might be the best we have ever had! Not too sweet, not to gooey! Really delicious!

A peaceful garden outdoor setting to enjoy delicious coffees and breakfast or a variety of very tempting baked goods! Tried it for dinner this summer (they only serve dinner for a limited time period in the summer) and was not quite as impressed. It was good but not 'wow' good and menu somewhat inflexible. With other great local restaurants to... More

Came to have breakfast, took 40 minutes to cook an omelet, moreover, waitress did not care which plate belongs to whom and put it wrong. But coffee was great as usual.

Although I have spent part of every summer of my life in Wellfleet, I had not until this summer got in the Flying Fish habit. It started when my hostess at dinner presented a gorgeous and delicious berry pie which she had bought at the Flying Fish. Now it became my routine to walk there nearly daily for a morning... More

This restaurant is cute and unassuming on the outside. The inside is cozy, comfortable, and sunny. There is a bakery, cafe area in the front and a charming, relaxing dining area with a nice little bar beyond the bakery. The main attraction is the food. The breakfasts are wonderful and fresh brewed coffees and teas are delightful. But the dinner... More
