Our family stopped to try a dozen oysters. Long lines and long waits on the Thursday night. We found a little place on the bar area without waiting and ordered from there. Great service. Fabulous oysters. We were in and out on probably 15 minutes....More

You know, we wanted to find Mac's on the Pier, and we couldn't, so we ended up at Mac's Shack, and maybe karma was simply against us. The full belly fried clams were a huge mistake - we'd been eating friend clams up and down...More

Visited Mac's Shack on the way to Provincetown, and had a delicious lunch. The sushi and tuna sashimi were particularly good. Chowder delicious also. Wellfleet is a lovely place to have a wander around also.

First night in town, stopped by for dinner. Didn't wait long on a Sunday night . Food was good, but didn't wow me. Service was ok, but nothing special. Would go back.

This restaurant was recommended by the surf shop owner on the way to Marconi beach. We thought everything was very, very good and may return before we head home. We had the striped bass, clam chowder, Atlantic salmon, lobster diablo, fish and chips, huge mussels...More

We were very pleased to have the broiled bluefish...cooked perfectly! Stuffed Cod was also excellent! We went fairly early and there were alot of families with children, which made things a bit chaotic. Would definately return.

The wait at 8pm was over an hour, but there is beautiful scenery and a gallery to walk through nearby. The food was expensive, but delicious. Get the scallop and shrimp dumplings! The tables are extraordinarily close together, but the waitstaff is upbeat and knowledgeable.

This place is great for fresh seafood and good drinks. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first visit a few years ago and they charge extra now if you want a cocktail shrimp in your bloody mary! But it's still a fun place...More

Great atmosphere and attractive surroundings. Delicious bread. The drink I ordered was light on alcohol but tasty. Fabulous sushi....would run back there to get it again. My husband had broiled scallops and enjoyed.

So sorry, but no liquor "happy hours" are legal in Massachusetts. Famous for it's "blue laws" only recently were liquor stores open after 12pm on Sunday. But Mac's is great and the prices are reasonable. The Pearl, within... More
