Visited Monday 5/15 about 7:30. Party of 2. Waited at host/hostess station for a good 10 minutes and the staff just acted preoccupied with a personal issue. Never acknowledged us though they were steps away. Asked a passing waiter what the Eve special was and...he didn’t know but pointed to the menu. The web site is out of date as there was no prime rib special. The prices were much higher than expected and the clear lack of attention from staff sent us packing.. Went elsewhere. I am hard of hearing but my brother insisted the site host was a trans individual having a lovers spat w a waiter. Unbelievably unprofessional. Good luck, won’t return and I travel here frequently to visit aging parents.More

Very clean. Service was good. Food was delicious, fresh, and some items homemade. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. There were even of us, three families total. Five adults and six children. We did not have an extensive wait for anything.

Went here for dinner since we were staying in a nearby hotel. We were very pleased with our experience. Our service was great (thanks Audrey) and the food was excellent. I got the Lamb Shank special. I was very tender and delicious. The server made...a mistake with the order so I got green beans in addition to the asparagus that it came with. No extra charge and the green beans were delicious! This restaurant is a little difficult to get to due to the road configuration at the intersection on Helen Hauser Blvd. A U-turn coming and going did the trick.More

Have been going to Durango's for over 15 years and always had excellent steak. Hopefully this visit was a one time experience. Ordered 12 oz prime rib medium rare, disappointedly got it cooked medium. I understand they are having problems hiring staff and troubles with...supply chain. Will try again to see it this was a one time problem or a permanent state of affairs. Hate to stop going there for old times sake. Cost of a beer went from $3 to $5.More

Whenever my husband and I go on a cruise from Port Canaveral or Fort Lauderdale, we always spend the night in Titusville just to dine at this restaurant. We have been here several times and never had a bad experience. The service, food, and ambiance...have always been amazing. Even with my dietary issues, there was never an issue. My husband loves to grill and is picky about steaks. Not once did he nor I ever complain about our steaks here. We appreciate not being rushed so we can enjoy our drinks and dinner. Looking forward to another visit when we are in the area! Keep up the fantastic work!More

Clearly understaffed and didn’t seem to be an issue with our server. Also out of several items on the menu such as the Ahi Tuna Tower and regular lettuce for salads. Management needs to get their act together ASAP!

Durango's Steakhouse, 4825 Helen Hauser Boulevard, Titusville, FL - 0.5-Stars Friends, as you know, the Big Boy is no younker. Having dined since 1966, and having reviewed almost 500 restaurants since 2017, I've been around the block a few times. The question I am asked...most often is, "Big Boy, where is the best steak in Brevard?" Well, I can tell you that the best steak in the State of Florida is served by Bern's Steak House in Tampa. As for the best steak on the Space Coast, the Magic Eight Ball only reads, "Reply hazy. Try again." But I do know unequivocally that it's not found at Durango's Steakhouse in Titusville. First, let me get service out of the way. Shandy was our waitstaff and although she is a friendly sort, she is not going to win any service awards. The food preparation moved at a glacial pace. You would think that with an open concept kitchen, the staff would be a bit more conscientious about their work ethic. But, no. All of us starving patrons were forced to watch what may be the worst line in Brevard County goof off and play grab-ass instead of properly cooking our meals. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye medium rare. I usually do this at chain steak places. Otherwise, you end up with a charred Pittsburgh. As you can see from the photo, it came out well done. Fail. My over-done steak came with a below average side salad. I envision the dishwasher siphoning the dressing out of a 55-gallon drum into smaller containers. The side of Chipotle Bacon Mac N Cheese was flat out disgusting. I do not know who conceived of this dish, but it tasted like someone poured in two containers of Italian dressing. Congratulations, Durango's, you win an award after all. You've inspired me to open the category, Worst Conceived Dish. The Big Boy says, "If you want to watch incompetent people overcook low grade steaks, fine. Otherwise, skip this detritus."More

Laura and Phillip were outstanding and very knowledgeable of the menu. They guided my friend to make a vegan friendly meal. They really went above and beyond and enjoyed their hospitality.

Placed a to go order and specifically questioned if the utensils were included. Yes was the answer when I picked the food up but when I got back to my hotel room….no knife, fork or spoon for the soup. The Hawaiian chicken was very good...and so was the clam chowder. However, the mini bread they included was stale which made me think they dumped it on an order to go vs serving it to an in house customer.More

Checked this place since it was recommended by one of the hotel staff we were staying at. Nice place. Live music was great. We enjoyed more than most because it wasnt so loud you have to yell across the table for conversation, yet you could...hear him. Very talented. Wait staff was great. Food was amazing.More

We stayed across the way and was looking for something simple and quick and were referred to Durangos. We were very happy with the selection of food on the menu. The host were welcoming as we entered the restaurant. The service was great and food...was excellent. Robert was our server and was a pleasant person. I love how considerable he was in making sure our appetizers didn't come out with our food since we ordered everything at once. That way, we were able to actually enjoy the appetizers and were done by the time our food came out.More
