Good value meal. Decent size portion. Staff were friendly. Place was very busy - which often is an indication of a good meal.

Stopped in at daybreak on the way to Orlando International from Daytona Beach. The place was not that full, so we got a seat right by the fireplace, which was really nice and took the chill out of us. The service was very good, the waitress very friendly. The breakfast was good and filling, just what you want and expect... More
I had meatloaf, chicken & dumplins and fried okra that I thought were pretty bland, pork was dry and chewy. Dad's lemon pepper trout was really good and flavorful though. Waitress was great, very friendly and helpful. But I was disappointed that my food wasn't better.

Good country home cooking. Turnip is my favorite. I personally like the pork chops turnip and any desert and ice tea.and cornbread. Gotta try the meatloaf served with smashed tators
Fast friendly service. Excellent variety of food. Very clean. Even if there is a 'wait' don't be afraid to stay - they are very conscientious and seat you asap. Shopping items very good....

Not one of us got a satisfactory meal. Since we eat out every week we will be taking this tourist trap off our list of go to... More
Great atmosphere with lots of memorabilia and gift shop attached selling old fashion candies, gifts, clothing, candles, jams and more. Menu choices are varied and meals are old fashion home cooking.
