Two of us dined here this evening. Great beer selection and even some wine choices. Service was just ok. Our server did bring me a sample beer so I could decide if I liked it but never came back to see how we were doing....Once the food order was placed it seemed like a long time before it arrived. I had the Rib Roast on sourdough and it was delicious. Tender beef and plenty of it. The fries are outstanding. My wife had the blackened chicken Caesar salad and could hardly taste any blackened spices and a lot of the chicken pieces were tough to cut and chew.More

I love this place and would recommend it to anybody. They have great beers and they change them seasonally. They also have the best cake ever. I have family that hate desserts and chocolate and they loved their chocolate stout cake. The environment is so...chill and just what you'd expect from a brewery and the service is always great. Best Brewery I have been to in Central and South Florida. No others have comparedMore

Used to be a weekly place for us. This last year we have seen changes for the worse. Yesterday we arrived a few minutes before 4pm and there was people going in the door so we went in also. The shift manager greeted us with...the comment that we were early but he could seat us and look for some menus. Then he made a comment about everyone wants to come early. Beers and food were great. When I gave the waitress our credit card she came back about 10 mins later and stated their cc system was acting up. I told her I could pay cash instead. As she walked away I decided to look at my credit card statement on my phone and there was the charge for the Brix already on it. A while later the shift manager came to the table and stated there was a problem with their system not our card but he would go ahead and take our cash. I showed him my phone and he acknowledged that I was charged on my credit card but since their system was having a problem as an "honest business" they would like for me to pay cash and if the charge stayed on my card then I should contact my credit card company. I said I was not comfortable with that since then I am paying twice and having to fix their issue myself. I felt they needed to contact their bank if they felt it was an issue and then figure out which way we should pay since my card was clearly charged not put it on me to try and get a credit later. From my credit card it did not look like there was a problem. He walked away came back a while later and told us we were good to go. I tipped the waitress in cash so that she would not be caught up in this managers lack of knowledge on his system. The management needs to review who is now in charge as the customer experience is not what it used to be. From a place we used to go to several times a week we now go maybe twice a year. The lack of crowd also shows there is a downturn in attendance.More

We stopped here on Sunday and saw they had a brunch menu until 3 pm. The omelet was described as 3 eggs, cheese, spinach onions, and lots of great sounding goodies. We ordered it and I never saw such a small omelet. It was barely...an egg, no spinach, no onions that I could see. It was almost comical that it was so small. We asked the waitress, the manager came over and we said it was the smallest 3 egg omelet I had ever seen. He offered us another one. Bottom line is that they should live up to the menu description. The half piece of toast didn't exactly seem right either. The little bit of food was actually good but we left a bit unsatisfied.More

In from Tampa, had a great beer (Rocket Ranch Pilsner) and a great rib roast on sourdough sandwich! Shawn was a cool waiter and made us feel like regulars. Will definitely go back. Our kids had a great time too!

We drove over to help the brewery celebrate their 4th Anniversary and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! Before reviewing the Brix Project I want to encourage everyone to make sure and stop by the Playalinda Hardware store downtown. The pub has a great relaxed feel...and the staff makes every effort to ensure your visit is enjoyable. Special shouts out to Sean who was handling the bar on the afternoon of our visit offered good insights into the brews as well as and many local spots to try. Parking for the Hardware store is located immediately behind the main building. Now on to the main event! The Brix Project located south of downtown has plenty of parking on site and it is worth mentioning that all staff are practicing safe covid measures. There is a full liquor bar that includes many cool craft selections and expertly prepared by Trevor behind the bar. The brew selection is wide ranging with my favorites being the amber ale known as, Robonaut. There is also a rich and creamy stout know as, Milk Bone. Feeling adventurous we ordered the Scotch Egg, which was a hard boiled egg wrapped in ground sausage and then panko breaded. Very tasty we both agreed. Next was the beer cheese soup that was nothing short of wonderful. Pureed vegies within a creamy and rich cheese broth enhanced by the golden ale? Now onto the main menu. The cheese burger is 1/3 pound of juicy ground brisket that when cooked to order is just amazing. Pub chips must have been very popular on the evening of our visit, because the house cut seasoned fries were served. I chose the thinly sliced prime rib sandwich that was enhanced by the caramelized onions and dijon drizzle on top. A small cup of au jus on the side added complexity to each bite. The side salad offered was terrific. We skipped desert on this visit, maybe next time.More

Upon walking in, I was greeted by an employee who took my name and said there was a 20 minute wait on a table inside. No worries. I was starving and didn't mind waiting! Everyone inside was practicing social distancing and were wearing masks when...needed. Excellent to see as I just came from MCO, and boy that was a cluster.... I decided to grab a spot at the bar and order a cider. VERY tasty. One of the best ciders I've had the pleasure of drinking. I took my drink, strolled outside and sat at a table. There was plenty of shade, though not needed for this outing (incoming rainstorm). I decided to forego the inside table and just sit outside. I ordered the Buffalo Pesto Chicken Flatbread. Maybe I was just very hungry. Maybe it was the jetlag. I can tell you this though, that flatbread sandwich was a gift from heaven. I ate every last bite. I also ordered a side of fries. They were tasty as well. This will be a "go to" spot for me when I am in the area again.More

Unique and Delicious food, paired with equally Unique and Tasty Craft Beer! We get a flight to start and narrow down our choices from there. (Definitely try the Key Lime, it's a sour with a surprising presentation.) Last visit I narrowed it down to a...Green Tea & Honey Wheat!!! The menu offers a great variety of yummy, unique foods, as well as, more traditional food choices with a kick. Dill pickles on flat bread and beets on a burger...don't knock it till you try it...and you should! The atmosphere is comfortable, cool and friendly. Brix has convenient parking and it's easy to find. Yes, you should go!More

The Brix facility is close to launch areas when driving back into Titusville on Route 1. However, the Playalinda Brew pub located in old/historic downtown Titusville provides conveniently walkable launch viewing sites.
