A friend recommended this bar for its dueling pianos - I have never seen dueling pianos before (it's not a thing in Australia) but it's a mix of music and improv. Have b en there twice in my stay and will probably go again before I leave San Diego. Love it!

Typical bar with beer, liquor, etc and typical bar food. But the experience is all about the "dueling pianos" and audience participation. You may go home hoarse because you have so much fun singing along with the crowd.

A fun time with friends. Cover was only $5 however by 9 there was a 45 min wait to get in. The genre of music played seemed to appeal to all ages. Talented piano entertainers and a quick efficient wait staff

We only intended to stay about an hour when we arrived here but ended up closing the place down. The piano players/singers were SO a talented!! They knew every song requested by people and performed it really well. The performers were funny too! We were there on a Tuesday night and did not have a cover charge. The drink prices... More

A must when visiting San Diego! You are not there for the food (pizzas are not too bad) or the cocktails (which are way to sweet), you are there for the pianos and the multi talented performers. We went on a Saturday night and a Wednesday night. Saturday was heaving and the crowd was right into it. Wednesday was still... More

2 Very talented musicians will entertain you for Hours on end. Organising a Bucks (Stag) party and we locked in the Shout house, only to find that the maid of honour had also booked the Shout house for the Hens party, so the boys went on a pub crawl. We all ended up here many hours later and felt very... More

One of our Uber drivers recommended The Shout! House and we're so glad he did. Even on a Thursday night the place was hopping. Excellent talent and good crowd involvement.

My husband and I showed up here to the dueling piano bar mostly because it was the only form of live entertainment we can find that didn't end at 9:30 pm. The venue is an old typically bar style, with exposed brick walls and was super clean. $5 cover charge to get in and well worth it. The two couples... More

Tried this out for a quick drink and ended up staying a couple of hours. Can't be beaten for atmosphere and having a good time. Musicians are very talented and it's impossible not to get involved. Well worthwhile going.
