We ordered one of the prix fixe meals, and there was simply too much food. Way too much. I know quite a few diners would like to get more than their money's worth, but in this case, we all felt guilty leaving so much food on the table. The dishes were excellent, so you might want to order a la... More

Nobu's is one of my favorite restaurants - it is a bit pricey, but this isn't your normal Japanese restaurant. Rock shrimp is a must and the lobster salad. We order several plates and share, so that we can try more items. They are very good with pacing the servings - so that you can enjoy each one. I can't... More

Located within the Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu is such a great fit to the hotel. The restaurant has a great, modern style and menu that includes a good selection of sushi. I stopped by the restaurant with a friend I met attending a conference and shared a varied selection of tapas items, including sushi, tempura shrimp, eggplant and other items.... More

Sampled several of the "small plates" and sushi selections, but wasn't wowed by any of them. They were good, but for the price, and reputation, just wasn't impressed. Service was okay, but not top notch. Left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged.

For a zen type sushi place, the restuarant is LOUD. I mean you can be trendy but a certain type of expectation when you want to dine in an expensive Sushi place. For $200 for 2 people, expected the place to Wow us. My husband has been to Nobu in NY and Las Vegas, and he said the environment was... More

We visited this Nobu location for the first time and the food is just as good as the other Nobu locations we've tried. The wagyu beef that you cook at the table on the hot stones is a splurge but completely worth it! It is a very pricey menu so be prepared for that, but the food is excellent.

The last time I had sushi was in Tokyo several years ago. The sushi at Nobu, was exceptional, the salmon and tuna was so fresh, phenomenal taste with the lite soy. We also had the scallops, what a hit THAT was... we were all sharing different dishes. As a die-hard New England seafood fanatic, I know fresh "off the boat"... More

The quality of the food is really amazing, with very innovative recipes. Pretty expensive but definitely worth it.I bought the cookbook to recreate some of the very delicate food I experienced at this restaurant. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Vegas or in San Diego.

What can I say... this was my first time at a Nobu, and I suppose I expected the experience to be earth-shattering. Instead, it was only okay. The sushi was good, but did not stand out from other sushi places I have eaten at while costing more. My favorite dish here was the Nobu style fish and chips... I ordered... More

I attended a special symposium during the Digestive Diseases Week conference and the meeting was partly catered by NOBU. The sushi was quite nice. It was replenished @ a good rate as it proved very popular with the group. However, when I saw the process for what we got, I was SHOCKED! If you go there, be prepared to shell... More
