This could have been a five star review but the server was incredibly (almost stupidly) pushy about ordering alcohol! It was quite offensive to be honest. I don't have anything against booze but I'm not a big drinker and was really just there for some good food. Seemed like if you weren't going to order drinks on drinks on drinks... More

Not hard to find a good beer in SD. Stopped in here after the show at House of blues. Racer 5 IPA on tap. Great beer. Mixed crowd. Good service.

This bar was close to our hotel so we visited there 3 times in 2 days. We met Danny, our awesome bartender, who took care of us during our visits. We didn't get to eat here, but we really enjoyed the drinks and friendly bartenders we encountered. This place was a score for us for its location and quieter atmosphere... More

I went here 2x in one week. I has in town for business and the Stanley Cup playoffs were ongoing and I needed somewhere to watch the Blackhawks. The research I did pointed to Stout. It is a small place but has some character. For the games that put all TVs on hockey (except for 1) and also out the... More

I was in San Diego for a week. A friend who goes here occasionally suggested we go for Happy Hour. I have traveled a lot and this place ranks among the worst in service. There were three of us and we arrived close to 6:30pm. We found a table in the back and sat down. After a while, we chased... More

We went for lunch. The food was great! Very fresh! The regular & sweet potato fries were amazing! The burger was cooked to perfection!

I was so hungry for good irish food, and stopped here because it just happened to be in an area I was shopping. As a tourist I often stop at the first place I come across, and this was it. The place itself is great, nice and clean but the service sucks as does the food. My Ruben came out... More

Doing a search for "San Diego hockey bars" led me to this fantastic local establishment in downtown San Diego, and am I ever glad it did! It was my hope to watch the Penguins / Bruins game on a recent Thursday evening, but the great surprise was not so much finding the game as the friendly crowd and good Irish... More

We sat at the best table in the bar right at the front window.. This place is pretty much handicapped friendly I was able drive my scooter right to our table... They have a good happy hour and lots of food choices.. Food was good and the beer selection was great...
