We decided to eat here based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. We decided to split an omelette since we read the portions were large. I'm so glad we shared our food because there is no way I could have eaten an entire omelette by myself. Upon arrival we were immediately seated and service was fast and the... More

If you want excellent breakfast made with quality ingredients, you won't be disappointed. The baked pecan pancake was a sinful pleasure and the one let's are super light and fluffy. Service is perfect. Coffee with real cream delicious.

Be ready to wait in line (not too long) but it is certainly worth the wait. Pancakes and french toast were both amazing. Lots of food, fast and efficient service. You can order a short stack if these plates look too big for your start to the day!

Believe me, breakfast is my thing - and this place it a 10! I visit this place every time I am in San Diego: and consider a trip just for breakfast when airfare is cheap. There is often a short line to get in - but don't worry - it goes fast. Everything is good here... They have some rare... More

We stumbled across Richard Walkers panacake house by noticing the huge queue outside the door down the street! We started queuing and can see why it was so popular, good value and huge portions. My only issue was how close the tables were to each other. I'd definitely recommended getting there early and it is a must try in San... More

This is a must visit for breakfast! Go early, they often have a line to get in. The food was to die for, my wife had the baked apple pancake, it was 10 inch across and 5 inch high, the thing was like a mountain. Enjoyed the outside seating.

We were up early walking around looking for a breakfast place when a local asked us if we needed any help. She suggested Richard Walker's and told us it was kind of famous, but that we were up early, so we should be able to get a seat. We walked over there and realized we have found a treasure! This... Eating solo at a restaurant can sometimes be a little uncomfortable, but not here. I was seated right away and was greeted right away by the waitress. The menu had so many yummy looking selections, but I chose the blueberry pancakes and I'm so glad I did!! My plate was filled with 6 big blueberry pancakes (could only eat 4)... More

Dutch pan cake was great and staff was attentive. One of waiters was rude though. The music and atmosphere is relatively soft and quiet.
