Loved the assortment of salsas that you get before your food comes out. Fun atmosphere, nice selection on the menu, good size portions. We were able to find parking close by, but it looks like as it gets busier parking could be tricky. Will eat here again when I am in town

Really fun decor, music and atmosphere. Loved the chip and salsa bar - it was loaded with lots of great salsas! Flavored margaritas are very good here. The buckets of food looked terrific - so many people got them around us. I just had a lobster sampler plate which was tasty. Lime shrimp app was good, but surprisingly creamy -... More

Great tacos and seafood buckets. The Mexican corn side is also amazing. You can't go wrong if you order tacos there. Great place for a dinner in Gaslamp.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, great food and love the Salsa Chip Bar. Great outdoor patio except the live music was a little to loud and was unable to have a conversation at the table. I definitely will go back our waitress was great.

The salsa bar is a great idea- a great way to get started. Taco's were tasty and well presented. The Margarita's were OK- a little watery but drinkable. Good service! Not a place to carry on a quiet conversation. It was fun and affordable. A return visit is in order!

We have eaten here on every trip we make to San Diego and we love it. The food is great and we always have excellent service. We did the bucket for two which was delicious. We sat out in the open courtyard area which was very nice, allowing the cool air to hit us as we enjoyed our meal. This... More

The food was delicious. Our server was not very good because we saw him at the time to order, when he I flagged him down to let him know we were done and the next time we saw him was when he dropped our check. Other servers helped us more than he did. For that they get a great review... More

Had lobster lovers combo. Enchilada was very flavorful and lots of chunks of lobster, Lobster taco was good needed a little more crispiness on the lobster but good tasting. The lobster corn chowder was outstanding could have settled in there for a whole meal. Chicken Enchiladas were full of chicken and again very flavorful. Standard beans and rice. Also really... More

I love the ambiance of this place. We visited on a Friday for dinner. We made reservations on opentable for 7pm and got seated right away. The drinks are strong. Food is good and you can get your own chips and salsa...UNLIMITED. They have a variety of salsa dips including mango which was my favorite. If you are visiting during... More

Our second time in San Diego and we had to stop at Rockin Baja Lobster again. Drink specials every day. They have a bottomless salsa bar. From simple onions to mango to habanero, they have all the dips covered you could want, like 10 in all and different every time. The food is great and reasonably priced. We had lobster... More
