Best breakfast for sure. Pancakes are fluffy, light and melt in your mouth. Burritos are as big as your face. Line was out the door but moved fast. Cash only but ATM across the sidewalk. Free refills on soda and coffee.

While the food is "normal" for here, the coffee is good, the services is very friendly and the ambience is great - looking out over the ocean as people stroll along the ocean path.

It's all about the vibe, waves and portions: Long lines, no worries, it moves fast. Talk to people around you or listen to the waves. The food: Is good, not great. You'll talk more about the portion size and very reasonable pricing than the quality of the French toast, Grand Slam type meals, Tuna Melt, Salads. In my opinion the... More

My husband and I decided to go to Kona's based on the tripadvisor reviews and I agree with all the other reviewers who stated that Kona's offers great food at incredibly reasonable prices! The breakfast portions are so large that my husband and I shared one breakfast as it would have been impossible to eat two of their breakfasts. I... More

Breakfast on the beach simple menu, fast service. The price for for the large serving was great. Don't let the line discourage you, they know how to get your order right and sling some food.

My husband and I ate here while in San Diego. Food was great. Lots of choices but simple menu. Amazing view, loved sitting and watching the surfers on the beach.

Yes! I really like this place. Genuine and service minded. Sometimes it's a line for their breakfast so make sure you're out early

Had breakfast / lunch here last week - it was awesome! My husband had a burrito and I had a burger - both were huge! And good quality! I was so surprised! We had just walked the beach trails for over 90 minutes and were hungry! Still could not eat all that food! The burger bun was thin and flavorful... More

Great coffee must visit. Crazy good breakfast. A terrific shot to watch the surfers. Get the bacon and eggs. There are tables across the street with a better view of the ocean.
