The fried scallops are lovely as well as the fried scallop sandwich and the crabmeat cocktail. They were way bigger than expected. I've tried many things on the menu and have never been disappointed. I come after going out on the sport fishing boats. We also take my Aunt and Uncle from Canada when they come in every year. They... More

I think this is an old standby that is in desperate need of an update. The prices are pretty high with the portions more for children. Pretty disappointed in the shrimp, coleslaw and overall cleanliness. I really would not recommend this establishment. maybe folks come mostly for the outdoor dining by the boats and the beer.

Prices are fair, the view is very nice. Tried the smoked fish sandwich and it did not disappoint. The clam chowder is ok. Eat and enjoy the view

While here for training, a friend took me to lunch at this spot. It's A very interesting place, coolers full of fresh fish over which you order your meal and beverage. You get a number and then head outside with your beverage (in this case a large beer) and wait for your number to be called. The wait was fairly... More

Like every other bad review....I was shocked! Used to come here as a kid and it was great. Stopped in before a long range fishing trip to have one last meal before my 3 hour tour....Better off getting a fresh shrimp burrito from the 24 hour taco shop. This place is dirty, smells of bad fish, has a counter full... More

This place does not disappoint. Close to the airport for an after flight bit of goodness - or pre-flight. Also good for before/after meals while visiting Cabrillo Point or Rosecrans National Cemetery. The food is great. Sandwiches are big. Outdoor seating available. Smoked seafood is great to go for snacking throughout the day!

We took our three grandchildren here and got sushi , fish tacos , and chowder. While a bit pricey the fish tacos were very good. We are from Houston and to be honest had not managed to find good fish tacos so far in San Diego. These were awesome and so very fresh. We will come back again for sure!

Seafood is average at best. Everything is deep fried. Coleslaw is tasteless as well as the fish. If you are craving seafood, go somewhere else.

As a true seafood lover, PLS is a true find. A fish market that serves meals usually are great and PLS doesn't disappoint. They even serve sushi! Love seafood? Don't miss this one if you're in San Diego.

Thank Kevin S
