The service was great- I walked in, was seated by a friendly gentleman, who immediately discussed the menu. I asked for recommendations on the menu, which I then followed. The service was great, friendly and accompanied by amazing, tasty food. I really recommend the skirt steak- cooked to perfection and buttery tender. Sangria was very good, and the empanadas are... This is an Argentinian cuisine. The first time I had the best Mojito, second time a pitcher of Sangria so fruity and tasty. Empanadas and Camarones Al Aji for appetizers. Have to admit, both time I had the filet with a crusty pistachio and blue cheese for my main entry. For dessert had panqueques con Dulce de leche, delicious, the... More

ate here for the third time tonight, on my birthday. after many trips to argentina, i'm often skeptical of argentine restaurants in the states that don't serve authentic food; but this place is the real deal. an authentic menu (and ingredients), with excellent flavors. and really wonderful service.

We met some friends for lunch at Pampas Bar and Grill recently and were pleasantly surprised at the good food they offered as a lunch special. I had their steak sandwich and my wife had a steak dish. Each came with side salads and drink. Although we weren't there for the evening show, nonetheless, our wait staff kept us smiling... More

I was there last week for an after work business dinner and enjoyed it. Good service, good selection. I would go again for sure.

Pampas Bar abd Grill is a favorite lunchtime haunt in Kearney Mesa. Great salads, wonderful garlic french fries, tempting empanadas and simply flavorful beef will have you at the first bite. There are daily lunch and dinner specials. There are Evening performances of Argentine dancing. (check the schedule on their website

We went on a Saturday night when they have dinner and a tango show. The good news is that the meal was better than expected with nice choices for a three course meal, although the meat was generally undercooked. The so-called show consisted of 5 or 6 dances by various couples. They were dancing in a small area in a... More

Wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The food was delicious, and had a great Argentine flair to it. The caramelized onions were a wonderful surprise on both the appetizer and my main course! It's a little off the "beaten-path" but is worth the travel.

I have been at this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed, the food is always great, mostly meat of course, but also the empanadas are really authentic (I should know, I'm from Argentina) and the desserts, specially the flan and "dulce de leche" crepes are oustanding. The service is the best, everybody in the staff is cordial and... More
