We eat here regularly before going to the theater. But we eat in the bar and that is what I will review. The bar area is broken into two outside patios and one indoor space. It is open seating with first come first served. The menu is limited but always delicious. Our favorite is the mahi mahi tacos and the... More

Lots of great food and seasonings. The pita bread and humus is very good. The drinks are delicious. It is top price food, but top flight as well. Very flavorful with some kick in it.

This restaurant is a classic in San Diego. It is not the most convenient location to get to but it is worth the effort once you are there. We always walk through Balboa Park before dinner. It is beautiful and relaxing. Once in a while it can even be a little fun if there is something new on exhibit. You... More

I've been going here for many years. A number of owner turnovers through the years, but the food (although not cheap) continues to be good, and the service as well. It has an "old-world" kind of ambiance (due to the age and decor of the building) and that enhances the dining experience. They also have a nice semi-covered patio. Dine... More

The menu has something for every palette. Service is top notch. Servers actually know the menu and can make very suitable recommendations which is a plus for first time goers. Highly recommend for tourists and locals alike. Good food, great atmosphere, great service, fair prices.

I had a great Tortilla soup here for lunch. My husband's salad was very good too. I would definitely have lunch here again. They also had sandwiches and fish. Next time maybe I would have the salmon.

The Food and service is Very good, an adequate variety of drinks and wines. The Duck is amazing, and also the fish and salads. Incredible views and a relaxing mixed with slightly sophisticated enviornment. They offer a good Kids menu too.

We really liked this restaurant. A good find inside a public park. I would definitely recommend it. It gets quite busy..but the wait is worth it.
