We went for an early dinner, getting the three course meal for $30 each. Quite the deal. I truly expected each of the courses to be somewhat smaller versions of the same dishes on the a la carte menu - NOPE! Each dish was huge. We couldn't finish our entrees and took enough home to have lunch the following day.... More

Right in Little Italy, great location surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Initially went in for a drink during happy hour, greatest decision we made in San Diego. The beers on tap were extensive and strong, which is how I like it. The sangria my fiancé had was amazing, so I also had one. Live football on the TVs. The... More

The minute we entered my friend and I felt like we were special guests. We went for an early dinner so beat the peak crowds. The decor, open kitchen bustle and delicious dishes made for an excellent meal. Each item on the plate had its own special flavors and presentation. Gourmet and health minded diners have plenty of choices. The... More

It is hard to find a place to eat without a reservation or long wait in Little Italy, so when offered a place at a long, communal bar with chairs with backs, we said "yes." I enjoyed a lovely wine, and my husband smiled over a small batch bourbon. The butternut squash soup, paired with fig and walnut flatbread, was... More

This was our first time to this restaurant we chose a platter plate that offered three different types of skewers with 3 different types of hummus the meat and veggies and hummus were very tasty indeed very happy with our choice ...only small complaint would be that the meat was a little bit on the cold side and should have... What a great place!! Seems off the beaten path so you have to make the effort to go there. Very casual setting but you just can't believe how good the food is. We had a wonderful salad with a crusted goat cheese -yum!!! Then a ceviche Mahi/shrimp taco that tasted so fresh. Finished with the Hawaiian pizza. These guys know... More

Really friendly service, unique menu. The Pork Belly Appetizer with hummus trio is a great starter. I usually love the skirts on fire, yet tonight opted to share the Special Rib Eye with Tamale and Shrimp - it was delicious. Interesting wine list is very affordable. They actually make an old fashioned with my favorite ingredient, St. Germain. Churros for... More

We did not know they were running a special on Tuesdays called "Date Night" where you get two entrees and a bottle of wine or sangria for $40, so we were doubly excited. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all the choices. We will definitely go back.
