We stopped here for a late lunch and the place was packed. It's location makes it a great spot. We ordered the mixed seafood basket and the crab cakes basket. Food was delivered quickly given how busy it was.

No frills, right off the boat!! You do have to look for it because it faces the marina and it does not really face the parking area. The only entrance I saw was on the side of the building. This is not the kind of place to bring a big crowd but it is a neighborhood gem.

Real people come here for high brow food at a low brow price! On the water and this place has wine! Warning if you come here for lunch... It can be hard to leave and get back to the office.

This is a no frills, "order at the counter and find a table" place but the food is absolutely wonderful. We went at lunch with a young child and the place was packed. The portions were huge, well prepared and reasonably priced. The young child in our party raved about the food! Would definitely go back when we return to... More

Mitch's is at the Point Loma Sportfishing building at Fishermnan's landing. The atmosphere vies with the good food for reason to eat here. Be willing to wait in line for the order counter and for your food if you hit a mealtime rush, especially on a weekend. It's worth the wait! The Yellowtail taco is the best fish taco I've... More

We stayed at the Dolphin Motel across from the marina. Mitch's is located on the side of a fishing charter business. Seating tables inside or dockside counters and stools with a great view outside. We ate there twice for dinner and twice for breakfast. Tuesday night was rockin' with fish taco night. All portions were very generous. All meals were... More

Mitch's is located directly overlooking the Point Loma marina. They have a large menu full of great seafood selections and craft beers. The breakfast was also great. Had breakfast there twice as it was so good . If you want super fresh local seafood right on the water this us a place to go. Nothing fancy, just good quality food... More

If you're looking for a small, local-loved, fresh seafood spot, come to Mitch's. Super casual, order at the front and take it to a table or to the bayside. You can't go wrong with any of the seafood tacos and they do taco Tuesday's. And good french fries too!

We went here for a quick bite one night. They were hopping. Because the food is good and interesting. We had breakfast there, which took too long due to a glitch. Another two mornings we got breakfast burritos. (My husband isn't a huge fan of burritos, but he woke up late and grabbing the burritos got us on our way.)... More

Great little seafood joint with absolutely no frills. Actually, I really love places like this! Nice selection of craft brews to pair with your super fresh seafood. I had three different fish tacos (cod, calamari, and shrimp) and they were delicious!!! Throw in a pint of IPA and the whole tab was under $15 including tip. Service is fine -... More
