This was the last place we ate on our trip to San Diego, and boy am I glad we fit it in. The meals are served not on plates, but on serving platters, they're that huge! I only wish I had known that before ordering. The pancake alone was enormous. Not content with outsized portions, each plate was presented elegantly... More

I had some time to kill before my flight and I was solo so I had already planned on going here. Let me just warn any noobs about Has House...2 things. It is extremely busy, always and you can split whatever you order. Unless you want to 'waste' food or carry it to go..split something. Prices are fair, service is... More

Hands down the best hash house a go go in the chain.... Can't beat their chicken and waffles. We always share one order. They will allow substitutions even. Their fresh breakfast potatoes are da bomb! Everything we see come out just looks like a work of art, and everyone raves about their food! We just never want to try anything... More

We've been to the Hash House in Orlando, the San Diego location is much smaller, crowded and noisy! Wait was 1-1:15 hrs at 1:00 pm (they closed at 2:30). Food is the same quality. Tried the Chicken and Waffles and Stuffed burger. Presentation is amazing, huge portions but was a miss on flavor. While both dishes were nice to try,... More

For some reason everyone orders their own dishes even though the portion size is for 2 - 3 people each plate. I am saying BIG ... HUGE portions ! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had to ask the table next to us if I was allowed to take a photo of her waffles and chicken because I have never... More

This place was pretty amazing. Yes, the prices are high for breakfast, but you are getting HUGE portions of deliciousness! It was the perfect start for a fun day at the Zoo, which is close by.

Food, food everywhere. If you like fried chicken and you like big portions then you will love Hash House! The signature dish: Sage Chicken and Waffle Tower was overwhelming. Two perfectly fried pieces of chicken on top of 4 perfectly cooked waffles with bacon sitting on a layer of maple syrup. Add a Rolling Rock can or two and you... More

The wife, young son (21) & myself woke up Sunday morning & we were hungry and wanted to try something new. The wife had heard about the Hash House and being a Hash hound, I said lets go. They take reservations every day except Sunday, so we had to wait about an hour to get a table (11:20-12:30). The servings... More
