We visited here on a Friday morning at around 11am and the wait was 45 minutes. However, it was well worth the wait. Unique twists on normal breakfast dishes and served up in huge portions. We will definately be back!

I recently at at Hash House A Go Go with my daughter for breakfast. I forgot how large the portions are, but luckily we got a plate to share. The food was excellent and sharing was perfect. They are very good about that. The man next to me was there for the first time and his food was served in... More

We went after a charity walk event at Balboa Park, On a sunday 11-ish. waited 45 mins.( at the bar two doors down) the Burger was HUGE, I thought the menu mentioned hand cut fries, they were more like steak cut, pub-grub style, done crispy nice but not what I anticipated. Great server took care of our special requests. I... More

Met my friend for lunch and as I walked in I almost fell over when I saw how big the portions were!!!! The lady beside us had a large dinner plate sized thick pancake and as we were deciding, a HUGE fried chicken eggs benedict landed on another table. I ended up with the meatloaf sandwich. It was amazing and... More

After a day at the San Diego Zoo, we were hungry. This restaurant serves huge plates of food. We ordered a single entry, shared it with my wife and still had half left over for dinner the next night. So if the prices are high, remember that it'll probably feed 4 people. We had the stuffed meatloaf which was tasty,... More

I've been to this restaurant a few times now and have yet to be disappointed. Pretty much whenever I go, there is a 30 minute wait, but I assure you each time it is worth it. Their food is nothing short of amazing, and everything is SO BIG! The leftovers are literally an entire meal themselves. Do try the orange... More

The food was well prepared. Very original, the dishes were pricey but huge. I would only order one for two people. It was very hard to communicate because it was so loud I siphoned red if the waitresses would suffer permanent hearing loss.

That was an understatement. They serve on platters, lol. We were both unable to eat all that was provided. I had the chuck roast scramble with asperagus and the griddled mashed potatoes. Yum! Good coffee and friendly service. Worth a visit 😊

I was visiting San Diego and my niece took me to Hash House for brunch. Oh my goodness! There is so much food and it was delicious. We were stuffed. It's not dining lite, although there may have been something on the menu for those folks. This is the place for enormous pancakes

We heard the portions were big, but you can't quite prepare yourself for the tray-sized plate of food that will arrive in front of you...and it is all DELICIOUS!!! We went around 7:45am on a Tuesday morning (they open at 7:30am) and had no problems getting a table (it got busier by the time we left but still had availability).... More
