Perhaps this was just a bad experience... Bad luck... Food and atmosphere were excellent. Unfortunately the server was not helpful in helping us male choice: all he would say is people order this or that. Service was hovering : filling glasses of water constantly as soon as someone had two sips, ready to take plates off as soon as someone... More

The family had a private room reserved for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. The experience was wonderful. The staff was attentive, friendly and very professional. Everyone found their meals to be excellent from a simple burger and fries chosen by the kids to various seafood dishes ordered by adults. The head waiter was highly attentive and helpful in coordinating the... More

We enjoyed a round of house invented cocktails that were truly unique and quite good. We ordered some appetizers and they were artfully presented and delicious. Only issue was that the bartender forget to serve our second round, so we quietly decided to skip them and paid our check. I didn't really want to pay $47 for forgotten cocktails. Don't... More

I hosted a small (6 people) birthday dinner here. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire experience was. The ambiance is elegant, quiet, sophisticated. The service is attentive and personal without ever being intrusive. The food -- all of it -- is perfectly prepared and seasoned. The wine list is excellent. If you enjoy fine dining in what... More

While we weren't impressed with our suite at the US Grant Hotel but the Grant Grill was exceptional. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch during our stay. The setting is elegant. The staff is warm and attentive. And the cuisine is creative, perfectly presented, and delightfully delicious. Focusing on breakfast, I had the Pork Belly Benedict. Slices of smoked pork... More

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at the hotel. We visited the grill twice. Our first visit was superb. The exceptional service from both the maître d and bar man made the visit. The bar was full when we arrived due to a pre theatre crowd but we were made welcome and we were quickly made comfortable.... More

My parents took my wife and I to this restaurant since they have had so many great times and food there. Unfortunately, when we went there it was opening night at the Civic Theater nearby. The place was packed. it took 30 minutes for drinks, then they got my mother's order wrong and the pork cheeks, according to my parents,... More
