The building is beautiful. Fancy and reminiscent of an earlier era. We had a private room and the service was incredible. Friendly and attentive. A hard combination to find. Food was presented artfully and also tasty. Had the Romaine hearts salad and tenderloin with chanterelles. Both excellent.

We loved this place! This historic hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. The dining room was very comfortable and we were pleased with the large teapot we were served at our table for our regular morning green tea. The Power Breakfast was perfect, and very flavorful and healthy. The Buttermilk Pancakes with fresh blueberries and citrus mascarpone topping were terrific,... More

This was a great place for drinks/appetizers in the evening and the breakfast was awesome. We didn't have a full sit down dinner. Breakfast was excellent.

Ivan took care of us during our late breakfast. Service was prompt and friendly, the food was good (except for the home fried potatoes, a bit too much on the fried side) and the space itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. Our table was next to a window and was slightly below grade so we had a shoe-level view.

Stayed for two nights in the hotel and the breakfasts were amazing, the eggs Benedict ( without the croissant) were fab. Drinks at night were good and good music at night too. Staff were attentive and friendly, but very professional, which added to the atmosphere. The grill looks old and atmospheric which adds to the feel

We came for a family celebration. Place was beautiful and we got a nice round table, which is rare anymore, and was a pleasant surprise. But that was about it for the food news. We found the menu did not tempt us, so almost all of us got the filet. There were two sea bass dishes on the menu, that... More

We had hors d'oeuvres as our meal and several drinks. The band, with a sixties style female singer was great. Service was impeccable and the experience wonderful.

We had breakfast there twice and they were able to handle 25 of us on short notice. Good food, excellent service at a price you would expect at nice hotel.

Saturday night looking for a relaxing place for food , drinks and jazz. Rarely have we found all three convenient to our hotel. Our concierge recommended this lobby bar and we were not disappointed. There was a great 3 piece jazz band to rival any others we have experienced as well as good drinks ( not cheap) and food. Service... More
